These fraudsters pass off more expensive goods on their website, and then have such a complicated (and expensive) returns policy that they hope you will be fobbed off with a 5%-10% discount.
Luckily, I had bought with a credit card, and the provider agreed that their return policy is illegal in the UK.
*** If you live in the UK, and bought with a credit card, tell your provider that this company is passing off cheap products, and that their T&Cs totally break the distance selling regulations.***

Steams my XL works shirts in about 90 seconds, which is fantastic. The tank needs a refill after maybe 3 shirts, but it's already saving me around £15 a week on dry cleaning!

Read a review about Monovon Binoculars....I didn't consider my self stupid until I'd paid and the binoculars arrived!!! No reply to emails. They are second rate objects. I should of gone to Argos and got better. I'm a nurse and work hard for my money and now have a cheap second rate pair of binoculars that was for a gift.

Absolute scammers, I ordered a Monovon gimbal, but a completely second rate and different make arrived and the company has done everything to stop me returning the cheaply made rubbish and claim my money back. They are now not responding to my emails and I am £109 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a complete scam absolutely avoid. Very poor quality products. Their returns policy on the website doesn’t match their requirements when you want to do so. They have basically told me not to return due to all of the fees, taxes etc and the items will be lost on their way to china!

They have offered a five percent refund! For my £270 spend. Currently involved in an email battle. I hope my credit card look more favourably on my quest for my money back!

Yo hice el pedido a través de una página que se llamaba arlira porque encontré opiniones de supuestos clientes (falsas, claro) que decían que era una marca de Finlandia y el producto muy bueno. El pedido me ha llegado a nombre de monovon por lo que entiendo que son los mismos. Cuando me di cuenta de la estafa, a la hora o así de hacer la compra, les escribí para anular el pedido: me contestaron que era imposible porque el pedido ya había sido enviado. Luego, cuando llegó, quise hacer uso de mi derecho al desistimiento dentro del plazo legal de 14 días, pero me dejaron de contestar a los emails y la página desapareció.

This pump is a lifesaver for a working mum like me! The bottle could be a bit bigger, but for the price it's much better than the ones you find on the high street.

Brought the breast pump and it is poor quality. A plastic part broke off with first use and the pump is very weak. Would not recommend!

Livre dans les délais rien a dire mais malheureusement le rasoir ne sert a rien il rase rien j'en ai acheté un sur temu a 8 euro qui nettement plus performent que celui-ci dommage... Pour le meilleur rasoir 2025je souhaiterai savoir sur quoi on se base

It is a waste of money , they're not working properly and the customer support is not helping you at all , they just ask stupid videos of the pump trying to delay until the 14days for return are passed
I found products that cost less than half and work better

Googled best battery shaver, an unknown brand came top Monovon battery/ rechargable shaver. I was surprised then came the fraudulent scam, can only buy on website still hadn't cottoned on that I was being scammed. Placed my order for what I thought was going to be best in class shaver. Recieved email order placed delivery by Evri. Received another email dispatched from unknown Company, then penny dropped, I had been duped this was a Chinese shaver not top the best in class shaver made in Germany. Then read Trust pilot reviews and other info on Monovon products on internet, O'boy what a complete and utter scam this Company does. Top review shaver not likely its cheap and rubbish. At this stage I was totally annoyed with myself for falling for the con from the very start. But then realise lots of people also are gullable like Me. That's why I have taken the time to put this on Trust pilot. PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT LIKE ME AND MANY OTHERS. Monovon products are certainly not top ranking products. DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM.

Purchased a breast pump. Never used it and product was still in a sealed box. Requested a return as per the website was told id need to ship back to china and cover customs costs and import taxes. I pointed out that the returns policy on the website never mentions customs costs and taxes, only that the consumer needs to cover shipping costs. Currently locked in an email battle. Absolute scam, would not recommend.

Stay away from them. Brought the breast pump for £150, complete waste.

The pump hurts and I requsted a refund, but as the pump had been opened, they can't resell so refused my refund. How am i supposed to know the product works well without opening it. First time I've experienced this with any product. Complete and utter nonsense. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying!

Watch out - complete scam and uses fake product reviews but in reality it is cheap rubbish from China. It is impossible to return for refund and will fob you off with 5-10% refund for no return.

This is aSCAM website. DO NOT BUY. The previous name was Skincci. i was scammed out of £89 for a hair clippers. After i discovered the scam from about 3 months ago i can now see that they use the same lie. First you find a website saying this is the best clippers and then you are redirected here. If you pay you may receive some shit product that you can buy from ali express for £16. When you want to return and get your money back they make it imposible to do it as they kept using the same emails and telling me that return is in CHINA and will I have to pay more for shipping it back or agree to 5% of my money back wiyhout returning. The product it self i used 2 times and its now pulling and tugging hair. There are not enough attachments as well. STAY AWAY PLEASE
