I can't believe what a difference these supplements have made. I ran up the stairs this morning. I haven't been able to do that for years. The only difference is Monkey Nutrition Pri Multi & D3 vitamins. My diet and exercise have stayed the same.

Brilliant company. From the people and communication, the offers they always provide, the outstanding delivery, to the products they supply. I have used Monkey for 3 years + now and would not even consider going anywhere else. I trust and rate them so highly. Only once in 3 years + have they let me down, but they explained this to me and I fully understood. It was when a natural disaster hit near their manufacturing place about a year or so ago and they couldn't ship any goods from there. Totally out of their control. Anyone who wants to get healthy, healthier, build muscle or anything along those lines should place a order with Monkey. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Monkey, you're the best.

Great products, great quality but lack of communication

Excellent service as always and a top product.

Fantastic quality products...people complain about being too expensive, but how can you moan about paying a little extra for a world class products...if you're serious about getting ripped there is no other out there that competes

My order came really quick and I was delighted with my tea. The reason I only gave 3 stars was the delivery of my tea. The first day it was not delivered and a card was left. I rang and asked them to leave it with a neighbour. The next day I got home and no package. Only when I went on line did it say it had been delivered to my front porch. No sign of it and not with the neighbour. later in the evening my husband brought in the dustbin and found the package in the bin. So i was not very pleased with the delivery people.

Product is amazing, it’s just a shame I’m going to run out before they re stock. Hence only the four stars. Have recommended it to family members who will also be purchasing once back in stock.

Whether I am right or wrong the customer service reply I have from this company has left me nothing other than.......well.........perplexed!

The way I see it is you order from a website and it says 'In stock', then it is, 'In Stock'.

When after order the company cannot fulfill then the company should perhaps acknowledge and encourage the customer to remain with their products.

Anyway - here's what was said;

MN - Hi David. We are sold out choc pro. We have vanilla or the choc is back with us a week today. Regards Peter

ME - Hello Simon, What can you suggest for the inconvenience - we are no fans of the vanilla and I need something by Thursday.

MN - Hi. David. Sorry nothing I can do. The 20% was for while stocks last and we will honour this even though it is new stock. Let me know. Best Regards Peter

I'm hoping this has been high-jacked by a disgruntled employee as the replies have come from an IPhone.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Absolutely brilliant. Fast delivery and great products. Would highly recommend!

Quality of product and service delivery always excellent. Availability of some of the product can be limited which can be frustrating but I guess is a sign of popularity ....

There's no denying that some of the products are top notch, but they are expensive and charging £4 for delivery no matter how much you spend, plus also not responding to emails suggests a lack of customer care.
