My VIP manager (Markus) asked me for new documents too, but after sending them again my account was fully verified.

Communication is clear, swift and also kindly. So far; Thanks Markus!

Now I'm awaiting the withdrawal.
I'll come with an update how long this will take.

It can take up to 2 business days before paying out, is what I've read.
