This is a fraudulent casino, when I made my first withdrawal, I only needed to double the turnover to withdraw, but when I lost all the money my account and then recharged $200, I bet with a bet amount of $235, and I couldn't make the withdrawal when I wanted to withdraw. Ive deposited quite a large amount and yes you win some you lose some but winning here (compared to other casino's) is non existing. 5 euro winnings are considered a "big" win. Je wint er niks en als je wint dan duurt het minimaal 8 dagen voor het op je bankrekening staat. Gok hier niet! De goede reviews zijn puur omdat spelers dan free spins krijgen op een slot. Fantastic casino, but slow withdrawals.

They are a fantastic casino with a huge variety of games of multiple providers! Also their sportsbook works extremely well with streamlined navigation and has a clear overview.

On top of that... Their customer support is very, very good and friendly! They answers requests lightening fast and they always welcome your questions.

They only reason I do not give 5 out of 5, is the withdrawal time. That is, when you choose bank transfer as the method.
It can take up to anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks for the funds to arrive, which is, for me, a bit of a turnoff if you will.

If they can manage to shorten that period, I will be more than happy to give them a 5/5!!!

Verificatie is gedoe, withdrawal duurt lang

Ik heb verschillende pogingen gewaagd om uit te betalen, maar die werden keer op keer geannuleerd door Monixbet omdat ik niet geverifieerd was. Zelfs al was ik dat op het moment van verzoeken van de uitbetaling wel, maar werd dit ingetrokken.

Op 12-3-25 heb ik een nieuwe poging gedaan en deze is wel goedgekeurd, maar de uitbetaling staat als sinds 12-3 op processing en is nog steeds niet uitgekeerd. Bij ieder contact met de chat of mail komt er een reactie dat alles goed is en dat de uitbetaling onderweg is, maar dat ze nog niet weten wanneer. Dit geeft geen betrouwbaar gevoel.

Zodra de uitbetaling binnen is zal ik de review aanpassen, maar voor nu 1 ster.

Update 20-3
Uiteindelijk toch mn uitbetaling ontvangen, dus een ster erbij. Het proces van verificatie is omslachtig en uitbetalen duurt erg lang. Daarnaast geven ze geen transparantie over doorlooptijd en waarom het zo lang duurt. Ik geloof niet dat ik hier nog ga spelen...

Well they said that I have put wrong…

Well they said that I have put wrong IBAN but that is imposibble because I have checked it 100 times before confirming. Now they ask me to change my details but website literally doesnt allow me to change details and gives error.

6th March: I have contacted them via e-mail and I will change my review once i receive my money.

8th March: They are still claiming I have put wrong details eventhough I have provided them with screenshots and PDF file.
10th March: After one week I have received my first withdrawal and waiting for my second one. Customer service on e-mail was answering my questions super fast therefore I changed it to 4 stars but withdrawal times are extremelly long

They pay u for a good review. I did it aswell just to get the bonus. I played for a lot of money but once u have an issue with a payment they dont do anything. They only help u if they can get more money out of you. Really bad and Im gonna switch casino.
