Ordered vouchers online for collection at salon but turned up earlier than expected. They weren't ready but this was no problem for the staff. She went and organised my vouchers even though they looked quite busy at the time. I was not made to feel uncomfortable.

My consultation with Corinna was so useful and Corinna explained everything to me so well. I'm nearly 2 weeks into my new regime and not only can I see small improvements I feel it too with the pro vitality supplements.

Don't go here for nails
Paid €30 for a shellac manicure in Balbriggan. Terrible job, wrong colours, uneven, and they don't remove cuticles so it won't last before it peels or chips. I did express how unhappy I was but was met with a rude attitude.

Very positive first online consultation
The online consultation was personable and efficient.The staff member was knowledgeable and friendly.It was very individual to my skins needs at the moment and I felt my previous experiences were listened to.
As it was my first time using the service and the products I was a little overwhelmed at the list of recommended products and how they work.However,she kindly picked out the 3 most important ones for me, to get me started.Also to know i could message her should I have an issues or concerns was a huge help.

I was given wrong info on cream whilst…
I was given wrong info on cream whilst pregnant. I asked for said cream to be changed via post and I was told I had to call in with old cream for exchange first. This was in the height of Covid and I heavily pregnant. Very Disappointed!!
