Money 4 My Tech Bewertungen

I'm generally cautious of online services like this but took the leap and was very happy. It was all so quick and simple. I sent the laptop off and the next day it was check and the exact quote was in my account. Definitely recommend.

I chose to have something collected by a courier chosen by Money 4 My Tech as I don't have anything suitable to safely post my item in. I selected Monday 29th November for collection and despite this there has been two failed attempts of delivery by DPD.

The first day I wasn't home because I wasn't expecting anything. The second day (today) after being notified by email of my 1 hour time slot, I sat by the door waiting. Only to receive a text with a photo of my front door saying SORRY WE MISSED YOU. Nobody knocked, nobody even approached my front door I would have seen through the glass. I'm doubtful he actually bothered to get out of his vehicle.

I have rearranged the collection for Wednesday but won't be surprised if there's a few more failed deliveries in the meantime.

Unfortunately this has completely dragged down my experience with Money 4 My Tech and I'd be hesitant to use this service again in future. Solely because of the courier

EDIT: My order was finally successfully collected by DPD on my chosen day. I got an email from M4MT when they received it two days later because this was a Friday my order and payment wasn't processed until Monday which I was fine with. I'd consider using M4MT in future but would not be opting for the free collection service as their chosen courier gave a bad experience

I used this service to recycle my old Lenovo laptop, and after trying with a couple of other companies, overall I got a pretty good service from Money4MyTech in terms of being proposed a fee and that fee being met, plus easy delivery through the Post Office.

I did have some issues with the basket on my Chrome browser though and that took me very close to going with another company, but after emailing customer service, I was advised to use Safari and it worked quite well.

Overall a decent experience!

Very good thanks

super quick to process order and make payment. Excellent service

Brilliant. Got money quoted and very quickly too. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful in taking me through the technical info for completing the online specs..Fast response in making payment.

Posted my laptop yesterday and money is in my account. Brilliant service!

Sold my device at the same price as advised. Fast and good service.

Trading in my laptop was easy, free, and very quick - starting the process to the money in my account took just over 24 hours. The explanation of the trading-in process on the website could be a little better, but the actual experience was perfect, especially compared to some of the other companies in the market.

Pleased with the service provided.
Provided the best price and everything was hassle free

Fast and efficient service. Money went into bank the following day

An unbelievably easy way to dispose of two old laptops. I even made a few pennies but mostly I was pleased to be able to pass them on for further use or recycling. Next up, the collection of old phones.

Exactly as offer, nice and prompt.

Great Service, Easy to input information of my Laptop to sell, fast collection, fast payment and great amount paid to me.
will use again and highly recommended.
Thank you

Hassle free and gave me the price they offered!

Reliable, good quote which was paid 2 days after it was delivered to them. Good communication and will definitely use them again.
