Great service
Monex's strength is in their customer service. Sometimes their website is a bit clunky, but if you call them, a real person always picks up and they're always helpful. Highly recommended for FOREX and international payments.

Missed my request
I submitted a request about a week ago and no one responded to my request until I sent a second request today. My request was "overlooked." Thankfully, it was not an urgent request and I don't know what the difference was for the currency between last week and today. This is a bit disappointing.
