I still have not received my prescription. You take the $370 dollars but do ship the product. I am very disappointed. Trying to reach customer service is a joke. Please issue the meds that you said you would.

I have ordered from this company when they were Ezra, I had a great experience with Ezra. Since Mondae has taken over, the medication has been delivered late, and room temperature. I am currently waiting for an order that has been in the pharmacy since September 29th and is still there. I have asked for updates and told the pharmacy will reach out which they have not, I have asked for a refund so I could look elsewhere and was told it was up to the pharmacy.. still no word from the pharmacy. I will not be working with this company anymore. It is a shame Ezra sold out to this company.

I had a great experience been with them since they switched names Dr's always replied promptly and customer service has always gotten back to me before the 24 hours. SHIPMENT CAME FAST MEDICINE AFFECTIVE DOWN ALMOST 30 LBS SINCE JUNE

As of now experience is good. Meds are somehow not that effective. I am on white label pharmacy (nova pharmacy). You need to check dose calculation on prescription. It’s not clear and intuitive

Cost is very positive and one of the reasons I am with them.

Customer support is prompt to answer but not ready to change pharmacy as per current policy

Extremely frustrating experience with Mondae. After multiple rounds of communication, I was asked to provide extensive documentation, including prescription details, treatment history, and photographs of my medication vial.

Despite explaining that I was seeking maintenance rather than further weight loss, I received inconsistent and contradictory responses. I was explicitly told they could assist with maintenance, only to be informed in the very next message that they could not because I was a new patient.

I respect a provider's right to make clinical decisions, but the lack of transparency and consistency was unacceptable. Why request all this documentation and repeatedly suggest treatment is possible if their policy ultimately prevents it? A complete waste of time.

Mine came today after waiting 3 weeks for it. Hot as hell and there was only 1 bottle and it had only 4 drops in it… not even enough for one dose. MAJOR scam!!!!!!! At least it came right!!!!

Tirzepatide arrived HOT, all ice packs melted… no foam or metal box to protect it from 105 degrees LA heat …
and customer service told me it’s “fine “ to inject it even though everywhere online it advises against doing so.

What went wrong? More like did anything go right. Switched for cheaper price on August 23 sent to pharmacy the 25th contacted them on the 3rd to see what was up id never waiting more than 3 days for the meds to ship they said it usually takes 2 to 9 days I contacted them again on day 10 they said no 9 buisness days contacted them on buisness day 10 still waiting at pharmacy was told they would escalate so I wouldnt run out of medicine. Said give them 24 hours and they would contact me. They of course never did and I messaged them again and their reply was you can cancel the order but they would likely not offer a refund even though the item never left the pharmacy and they were outside of thier already rediculous window at 16 days now. Ill be going to my bank and reporting this fraud to my bank. May God help you if you rely on this for any kind of reliable treatment schedule. Theres a reason they have abysmal reviews I wish I had checked this first.

Customer support is non-existent; you can chat with AI and that will create a support ticket, and that's it.

After I got the first batch -- an introductory dose with no instructions on dosage, just a QR code that links to a YouTube video on how to do an injection -- they didn't even ship the second batch. It was sitting at a compounding pharmacy for two weeks. Chatting with their AI did nothing, and they refused to expedite shipping to keep me on their treatment schedule.

DON’T BUY… They sent my a vial of medication on the vial said one amount on the label said another. They won’t tell me house much to put in each syringe I’ve messaged the “dr” numerous times and they won’t give me a straight answer. They said it’s on the bottle I sent them pictures that there’s no instructions. Worse company ever! It’s to the point I’m too afraid to even touch the stuff it feels so shady. It came in a cpl of days warm the ice pack completely melted. Expensive lesson learned

I had a question, once I contacted the doctor, I was on the ball. I got immediate replies and answers to my questions,my issue was resolved. Everyone, from the doctor to support staff, helped me a ton. I was always informed on what was going on, it was an amazing experience with professionals. No one made me feel as if I was a bother; they did all they could to help me in the best way possible. Leonardo was one of the support staff. Thank you to all the staff who helped, including the doctor.

i placed my order and it took two weeks to receive. just keep that in mind if you are switching company. they switched my down to 20mg vial. i thought it was a bad since my last was 25mg vial but its controlling my hunger. they are the cheapest on the market that i found.

My medication has still not shipped it's been over 14 days I'm about to run out of my current prescription.. thank you for wasting my time and money you're definitely not a trustworthy company

Terrible company and avoid ReviveRx as well. Mondae only has a chat feature so you can't talk to a live person. Also the don't titrate the meds. ReviveRx sent my meds warm 3 times now. I order to change pharmacy you have to cancel your current prescription and start over at a lower dose. Completely unacceptable. Avoid!

Well, I received confirmation that you sent my order to the pharmacy on September 24th. It is October 5th and I haven’t even received the tracking number to let me know it’s been processed and is on the way. I’ll give a better review once I get communication it’s on the way, I have gotten Replys telling me it’s being processed…but where is it! I’m very disappointed at this time.

My card was charged since September 23, 2026 and today is October 5th. I still have not received anything. Many back and forth on the chat, with no results. I don’t know what’s going. When I ordered with Ezra the first time it wasn’t like that. Someone please tell what going on with my order.

My product came in time and no side effect yet
