Ordered some items as a gift on June 8th, paid the £3.50 postage for Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. I contacted them June 18th as the order hadn't arrived. It turns out they had only dropped my parcel off with Royal Mail on the 13th, so 5 days after I ordered. A little slow but OK. However their customer support blamed the delay entirely on Royal Mail, claiming they had shipped the order on the 10th, despite the tracking saying otherwise. I found this very dishonest.

The next day Royal Mail notified me that Momokakkoii hadn't paid enough postage on the parcel, so I had to pay an additional £3.40 to receive it, and of course wait a few more days for redelivery, given it was now the weekend.

The parcel finally arrived on June 24th, 16 days after I ordered and 6 days after my partner's birthday, whom the items were for. The box was a bit crushed but the contents were okay (unfortunately I can't attach pictures here). To Momokakkoii's credit they did reimburse me the postage, though given my experience I would not buy from them again.

It took more than two weeks for the Royal Mail to receive the package. Two days later, it arrived in Germany.

Was delivered quickly and t-shirts are great, very good quality. We love Albert the frog.

The product is lovely and great quality! But I do think it’s super cheapskate to not bother paying the postage when I already paid for postage on the site. I don’t really care about it being £1.50, I care about it delaying delivery and not being communicated

Have not received merchandise and have no ways of contacting venue.

The mugs were very securely packed and excellent quality

Great website, price was very reasonable and products are gorgeous. Delivery was much quicker than I expected and I’m so happy with the mug I brought. The quality it wonderful.

My shirt is so cute and well-made! The shirt color and printed design looks exactly like what I was shown on the website, and the Large t-shirt fits as expected. There was a cute little embroidery on the sleeve, too.
The order tracking didn’t work, but the order still came in about the estimated time frame that the website said it would for a US order. I’d purchase from this site again.

So after a snafu with customs for some reason, the customer service team did an incredible job of fixing the issue and making sure the package got to where it needed to be. Shirt is wonderful and loved by the recipient.

Ordering was easy on the website and very pleased with the items. They were bought as presents and I am pleased with the quality.

Both the hat and hair scrunchie were adorable. Embroidery looked really good quality and the fabrics feel really pleasing to the touch. My only issue is that hat is a bit too big on my very tiny head which I should've considered before buying but that's not the seller's fault.
I would buy here in the future for sure
