I ordered a dog toy and paid 48.00 for the same toy I found on Amazon for 12.00. I never received the toy and when I asked for a tracking number they sent me pictures of a delivery to what was clearly not my house. I sent them pictures of my front door and they agreed that it was not my house and said that they were not responsible for the delivery once they received pictures of where they delivered it. They said they would not return my purchase price. Buyer beware! Do not buy from this company!

I have a very active 10 month old puppy so I am always on the lookout for toys that keep his attention without spending a ton of money. He loves this Moiasun toy. The noise, soft lights and movement, make for this to be a very engaging toy (giving mom some much needed rest when needed). The customer service team was also extremely helpful when I had questions about charging the device.

"Gave this to my pup for his 1st birthday and he played with it all day. Didnt take long for the top that secures the rope to get chewed off. I contacted Moiasun support team about it and they gave me a full refund AND recommended there Teddy toy which is much better for my dog because he now sleep with it help him cal down and his chew habit gone down a lot. I did not know a toy can calm him down this much. Really apreciate how they took the time to understand my dogs needs and didnt just try to sell me the same thing again.

My dog is OBSESSED with this toy! The ropes didnt last as long becuz hes a chewer, but Moiasun support was amazing. When I called, they not only helped me find a solution, but also recommened their barkbounce ball toy which my anxious Aussie loves to! He carrys both toys from room to room all day. The Moiasun team really knows there products and my dog couldnt be happier. Definately buying more toys from them in future.

I had written a review about this product (below) and was contacted by Moiasun. The company representatives went over and above to resolve my issues with durability. They specifically apologized that my German Shepherd didn't get the use out of it as planned, but offered me a refund. I declined the refund and requested a second toy to see if we could make this one last longer. They were quick to respond and sent me a new product. I appreciate the above and beyond mentality of this company and truly, that behavior is what will make me come back for years. Caring about customers is often lost with businesses. Customer care really seems to be a high priority at Moiasun, and due to that we would highly recommend purchasing here.The new toy arrived quickly, and instead of allowing free play, we supervised our dog and stopped extensive chew activity to help the toy last and now, we've had the toy for a couple of weeks and it's been going great. I specifically enjoy the ease of charging it for more play time.

My pup is a heavy chewer, and there toys hold up perfectly for our zins. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly customer service. They made sure I got exactly what I needed. Great store and products.

This company promises satisfaction and easy returns and nothing could be farther from the truth. I spent nearly $100 on two dog toys. They took a long time to arrive from China in flimsy (crushed) product boxes. Instead of rubber, these were hard plastic and would not work. They seemed much more cheaply made than $49 would warrant and I wanted to return them.
I emailed them the day after I received them (Dec 13). Weeks later, they emailed me and asked for photos; I sent them. A week later, they asked what was wrong; I sent that. A week later, they offered to send me other toys and that I could keep the ones I bought (why I'd want more items from a company that I didn't like the first products, I'm not sure).
I said, "No, your website says 'Money back guarantee,' and I would like a refund." (This text has since been changed, but it still does say, "Easy returns.") It is now January 18th, over a month after I initiated the original return, and I still haven't heard back.

UPDATE: February 16th. The company apologized for going silent and again offered two toys ($39/each) instead of me paying for shipping to Europe to return the items. I accepted this as a compromise. The website does NOT say that returns need to be shipped back overseas. The process also took a full two months. I still do not recommend this company unless you are confident you will not want to return the items.

Really disappointed at the Smart Dog Toy - advertised with German Shepherd and a Lab so implied durability with 100% satisfaction guarantee. Item arrives smaller than shown with sticker on the box covering the 100% satisfaction guarantee that says "not suitable for large dogs with strong bite force'.

Do not order from this company. We had a great experience at first. My dogs loved the toys and replacement toys were fast. Then come May, U got charged and no package. I sent an email no response. I used their chat no response. Then I got a email saying I had placed another order. I was like no I didn't. The come June same thing. By this time I have contacted them every week. I canceled my subscription still trying to get ahold of someone. Then they charged me again for July even though I canceled. A total of six orders have been charged, no toys, no contact. Now have to file a fraud claim.

Was sceptical at first but at the end everything was good. Had one issue with my first toy that I have ordered but contacted them and they replaced it with not questions asked.

I usually don't write reviews but I think this was warranted for one. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY.
I purchased the BEAR, DUCK and MONKEY. for my 11yo Labradoodle. Spent over $100. They advertise that they are indestructible and offer for extra fee they will replace the item if it is. All 3 toys were destroyed in 1 hour. Plus, the insides is packed with plastic bags and cotton. This are more children's stuffed animals toys, they dog chewing toys.

I emailed the company asking for a refund, took & sent pictures and did everything they asked. Even telling them the breed of my dog. Because they wanted to know. The first email response from them they offered a full refund and also offered me unreleased dog toy to replace. I declined. After I declined, they responded with, from email (copy & paste)

"I completely understand, truly. I'd help you with a full refund immediately, but for that we'd need you to ship the order back to our warehouse in Portugal. I'd also suggest using a trackable service because, although it's a bit more expensive, it'll help you dispute lost packages with the carrier, which happens sometimes, unfortunately.
The reason why I suggested a refund or replacement is because returning the item would likely cost about as much as, or more than, you paid for it in the first place, so you'd basically end up with a loss.
I spoke to my manager earlier and he allowed me to offer you a 25% percent refund which I can process instantly, as an exception, but that's the best we can do. May I go ahead and process the partial refund now?"
After several emails back and forth, I took the loss and experienced a Very poor company that has no ethical loyalty to its customers and does not stand behind their words.

Be ware! Dog chew toys do not work. Will brake in mins. They scammed me out of my money!

Waste of money. I bought two. My dogs had the first one torn apart in 12 minutes and had the second one torn apart in 18 minutes. Threw them both away and less than 20 minutes.

Terrible toys - the company uses false advertising and doesn't refund when toys don't hold up (the 'indestructible' toy I got didn't even last 5 minutes), even after agreeing to process a refund. I also left a review describing my experience on their website and it never showed up.

Bought the blue bear for my Labrador cross. She chewed holes in it quite quickly so I contacted customer service. They suggested 2 cheap plastic toys instead. I said I didn’t want the plastic toys, I wanted a replacement blue bear. They said they would send me the blue bear but I would need to pay 10 USD shipping costs. Reluctantly I paid it and they sent me the 2 plastic toys! I complained and they said it had been an error. They said they would send the blue bear but asked me to pay more shipping costs! I told them I had paid shipping costs and been sent the wrong items but they will not send the blue bear unless I pay more shipping costs. I won’t pay them any more money. The blue bear is a nice toy but don’t take any notice of their fake claims that they will replace like for like.

So, I picked up this blue bear toy from Moiasun, not really expecting much. I mean, my dog has a talent for destroying toys in record time, so I was pretty skeptical. But, here's the shocker - the blue bear is still in one piece!

The first few days, I was just waiting for the inevitable - fluff everywhere, a one-eyed bear... you know how it goes. But this bear? It's like it's made of tougher stuff or something. My dog's been gnawing, tugging, and playing with it non-stop, and it's still holding up!

I've got to say, I'm impressed. It's not every day you find a toy that can withstand the enthusiastic 'love' of a playful dog. Moiasun, you've got yourself a fan here. Already thinking of grabbing another one of these durable toys for backup!

I placed an order before realizing that you had to pay extra for the guarantee. I then tried to cancel my order but found no way to do so but through email which I'm sure they will get right on that ....

I was impressed by the guarantee that their toys would hold up to my Lab's aggressive chewing. I also have a Whippet. I bought them each a stuffed toy for Christmas along with the lifetime warranty. Within 5 minutes, our Whippet beheaded her toy. She is not an aggressive chewer. I reached out to customer service and they are replacing it with a much cheaper rubber toy. I complained because that is not what I originally bought and their warranty specifically says that the replacement has to match what I originally bought. Customer service suggested a different stuffed item that was more durable, and I was in agreement. They sent me two rubber toys instead. Had I known that this is what their lifetime warranty was, I would never have bought it nor their toys.

I left a review about how terrible this item is and that my dog destroyed this toy in a matter of minutes and they won't show the review. Clearly the reviews on the site are made up

Very horrible customer service. Could not ship the item I purchased, offered to send me something else if I would pay a shipping charge. Said that shipping was my fault because I live on a remote island. I live in South Carolina. All for me a 30% refund but I never received the product. Told me USPS lost the items. The Postal Service told me they never shipped the items. This is a scam company!
