Rude and unpleasant staff

Yesterday I sent a complaint here but it's not until this morning when I realised what happened that left me speechless and I would like to update my complain.
I went to MOD pizza like many other times in the past but it seems that it was the last one due to one of the employees. He was arrogant, rude, impolite and he claimed to be the manager? I'm sorry ... I do not believe it.
I ordered my pizza, I gave $20 note and I was given a $5 note in a very bad condition. I asked if I could have a different note or even receive the change in single dollars. The employee refused my request and walked away in a very passive aggressive manner. I asked again if I could have a different change and he decided to cancel my order and told me to leave the restaurant in front of everyone.
I told him that it was disappointing and that I was going to upload a negative review as it was very unfair. At that time he began recording me for around 2 minutes with his phone, which is illegal. He did it in front of everyone in the restaurant, it was so embarrasing to me and very awkward.
He recorded me while I was waiting for my pizza that it never arrived because he cancelled and while I was waiting for my money back . Then he said "have a nice day" .. in left wondering if he wants to show his mamangemt he was correct? I ask the management to check their cameras from the whole incident. He knew I was going to report this issue because I told him.
I was quiet and didn't make any show so he can have that video for his collection, if he was expecting something different he got the wrong person, I'm professional and I do have some education.
It was very disappointing how one normal request could get one out of a restaurant, as for me it was first time in my life. I got there, ordered my pizza, got my change, I asked politely for a different note or notes and I got kicked out from the restaurant and got recorded in front of everyone.
Employee looked so indifferent and not caring at all, it was very hurtful. He made me feel like I was a thief or something like that.
It was probably the most unfair situation I've ever had in my life. I guess he probably never seen or read a book or receive the right education BUT if you are working in customer service you to need to be professional and you need to learn that.
I would advise MOD pizza management to provide him a customer service training. Well, in my job he would be completely out of his job. I wouldn't let any employee to treat and talk to my customers like that.
Not only MOD PIZZA lost revenue, also the pizza was on the way to be cooked and it was put in the bin. At least give it to homeless people, don't put food in the bin, do not waste food.
He was maybe middle age, Asian looking, face and body covered with tattoos.
I took a picture while he was recording me. More than disappointed I'm sad to see the lack of care.
I'm sure he wouldn't do that to the MOD's CEO family.
