That Modilly have a history of not providing goods and then do not provide a refund
I have already posted regarding this company. They seen my post on trustpilot but only apologised for their lack of service. They have not rectified the problem i.e. that I have ordered and paid for an item on 1st April and I still have not received it. They say it was sent but I have not received it. I feel this company should not be able to advertise their goods as they seem very suspect and dishonest. I have once again asked them to supply the goods or provide a refund but no response.

Ordered & paid for 1 month ago. Still haven’t received the goods. Contacted them & was told they didn’t have any stock. So they are advertising without having the goods. However at no stage did they contact me to tell me about the delay. Emailed them again & asked for a refund if they couldn’t fulfil the order within a week. But no reply! This company continues to bomboard me with ads about hundreds of bathing suits which do not seem to exist from my own experience. If they don’t have the goods to supply customers they should not be advertising their product. At the very least they should contact their customers to inform them why there is a delay & provide refund if they cannot supply the garments.

Bathing suits were beautiful. Fits true to size. Delivery was right as scheduled. Prices are very good. Sales are great. I will definitely order more clothes from there

Customer Service
They are quick to solve issues and credit your account if need be. I was skeptical about ordering from another on-line clothing company but i was pleasantly surprised The clothing is excellent quality! Of course it may take 7-10 days to get it but they are not Amazon so you should order in enough time to get something before a special occasion. I as very happy with Modilly.

Shocking and appalling service
Never ever will I order from this so called company. Put 3 orders in paid them and haven't received any of my orders.Kept getting told that goods were on their way and one order had been delivered.On checking the tracking it was delivered to an address in Slough England and I live in Scotland.Web chat is useless and agent is rude if you leave a bad review about her service.I shop a lot online and this is the worst company I have came across
