Genuinely helped me achieve a sub-1:45:00 half marathon recently in Sydney when I was aiming for sub-2:00:00.

Enabled though faster recovery from training, higher intensity training and on the day, legs feeling really good and pushing harder than I thought I could in the last 6/7km. Great stuff, will buy again.

The flavour is good, the delivery is quick, the effect is well perhaps hard to really tell. But the science seems sound and it's for me it is worth the expense to keep using it for a bit longer and see if the effect seems to become stronger

After about 3 weeks I noticed a significant increase in my energy levels, my blood circulation had improved and I wasn’t getting that afternoon “brain fog” that I usually get. I found that I was also able to push a bit harder during my running training as well.

The biggest difference I have noticed with Modex is the rate at which I recover from hard training, and ability to back up again much quicker. I believe Modex has also assisted me staying healthy in general.

One of the modex drinks was not sealed properly ie the seal was punctured, so I didn't want to risk drinking it.
