I had great communication with Mode Rattan prior to purchasing my corner sofa which answered any queries promptly. Purchasing was easy and the fast next day or nominated day delivery was excellent. Easy to assemble and fantastic quality all round, very very happy.

I bought the Amalfi 9 seater Rattan Corner Sofa Set. I’ve got to be honest, soon as I took it out the packaging I knew this product was professional. I have 8 kids and it’s a nightmare having bbq’s/parties in the back.
The last dodgey sofa set I bought from B&Q snapped when the dog jumped up on it.
You’ll be glad to know when my grandma and several kids and dog jumped on the sofa to Party Rockin by LMFAO it stood strong. It looks great too and makes me proud to be Northern.

Delivered sooner than I anticipated. However, it would have been useful to have had notification of day the delivery would arrive, to ensure someone in premises.
Slight damage noted on two corners, otherwise good presentation.

We ordered our garden furniture a month ago, there was a little delay in delivery, but we didn't have any issue with this, as i think alot of companies are experience the same issue what with us coming out the EU and covid. But the customer service i received was 10/10 i can not say a bad word about it, and we love our garden furniture. I would highly recommend this company.

Should not have had the option to select delivery to Northern Ireland if delivery to Northern Ireland is not available

Very happy with the quality, price and prompt delivery of our garden furniture set. My only criticism is that the courier left the goods on our driveway when we were out and we didn’t receive any notification of delivery. Thankfully it was all still there when we arrived home. Maybe worth reviewing which courier to use or checking their delivery procedures. Would order again though.

My garden furniture hasn’t arrived yet but this company has been excellent.
I contacted them before purchasing to check stock due to being let down by another company, the response was quick.
There has been a hiccup with the delivery company not delivering but Justine who works for this company has been fighting my corner all the way sorting it out for me. She really has been brilliant, so if your looking at ordering from here speak to Justine or Becky without a doubt.
I can’t wait for it to arrive on Monday!!
