I did a survey for $1,25 and only got $0,88 what happened to the rest of the money? This is daylight robbery

Great site and good service, one of the few legit survey sites. But I recommend that surveys should be given out at least weekly.👍💯😎😁

2024-07-10 13:47 and still no payment of refund to my account . Have written to customer support after waiting more than a month and several further times without any reply or even acknowledgement of receiving the emails. Had successful payouts in the past but obviously they have halted payouts but still publish surveys to complete . Just to warn other prospective people that you will waste your time without receiving the rewards.

Don't waste your precious time, these guys are bunch of liars, find better thing to do with your time and data

I have been a happy member of morbiworkx for a long time now.However,I'm a little worried at the rate at which they send out payouts. In the past it never took too long but nowadays it takes up to a week.Kindly morbiworkx check on that!

i redeemed my points for airtime on the 04/09/2024 and to date i have not received my airtime, what a disappoitement!!! i'm also participating in other surveys and i redeem my points and it takes 2 days to be refunde.. it's been a month since i've been waiting for my airtime.. what is going on seems like a scam!!!!

I have been trying to redeem my credit and MobiWorkx has been refunding my rewards back to into my account. Will like to know what is happening, why is my phone number not been credited . This just repeated itself today 17/09/2024. How can this be rectified

I have been a panelist for years without any issue regarding surveys or payout. But in 2024,i seem unable to redeem my payout request of airtime. On 24/05/2024,my payout was not sent nor was my account refunded. Several attempts were made by me to lodge complaints but I couldn't get any feed back,then on 05/09/2024 another payout was deducted and am yet to get it. I tried again to complain but there is no response either by mail or zendesk. Pls what's going on?

UPDATE!
I have been credited with my rewards and the previous reward refunded back to my dashboard by Mobiworkx on the 12th of Sept 2024. I got a response and the issue was rectified and resolved. Thanks a lot I really appreciate your response.

I've been doing mobiworkx surveys since 4years ago and it was good BUT this time it's like they don't want to pay me my rewards. It's been two weeks and I've logged complains to them but still no payment was made to my PayPal account. After raising the threshold to withdraw, I still made it to 12.5 and yet now I'm begging for my payment 😭. They said 5business days but now it's been more than 10. I don't know what to do. Help!.

Mobiworkx est la première site d'enquête que j'ai apprécié. Les enquêtes sont très simples et le salaire est en fonction de l'effort fourni.
Mon souci actuel est que depuis plusieurs semaines je n'ai plus reçu d'autre enquêtes pour pouvoir réaliser beaucoup de gains. À part ça, tout est tes bien.

It's been over 2 years since I joined mobiworkx and the experience has been really great. The support team is very active, they've always resolved issues I've encountered.

Am happy to undertake your surveys but they've been very few on my side. Is there a way i could receive atleast one per day?

Over a month now I have not been able to do the surveys with out being faced out for one reason or the other. I will appreciate the reason I'm always removed from partaking in surveys.
