The sales staff were informative and very helpful, following my order the fitter arrived on time and did a great job of fitting the hoist to my car.
I was given clear instructions on how to use the hoist and has been an enormous help with my daily life as before the hoist was fitted I was physically unable to get my mobility scooter in and out of my car.

Fitted a hoist in my Toyota Rav 4, other companies said it could not be done. great company great job, great people. This has changed my life!!!!

The hoist was fitted into my new car fairly quickly and all went well. My only concern was that, because the hoist was not transferred, but had to be removed from my previous car by my garage mechanics, I had to send a photo of the removed parts before any action could be taken. Very cumbersome, and your records should have indicated what had been installed in my previous car.

The first day using it they calmed me down and talked me through freeing it. I now know to remember all the steps especially the first one lift the arm before using remote. The hoist itself makes life so much easier well worth the cost we would spend more on a holiday which we really cannot do now. This gives us freedom

Although the original hoist fitted was incorrect this was soon remedied. All the staff including the fitters were very polite and knowledgeable. The poor fitter who replaced the original hoist did so in torential rain. Most people would have cancelled the appointment and made a new one for when the weather was better. The hoist itself has been a dream. Made such a difference.

Product -Milford Person Lift

We had a person lift fitted to our car and it has made a world of difference. Fitted in just a few days after our order. Everyone was very professional and we are so pleased we ordered this.

We had an autochair hoist fitted in our Kia Nero. However, we found it not easy to use - certainly not as simple as the video. Milford were excellent at following up on our concerns. They took the time to adjust the hoist and sling so they were set up correctly for our car and for my husband's needs. They also talked us through the hoisting process. Once learnt, it's relatively simple.
If you're planning on getting one installed please do take plenty of time with the technician to make sure you and the wheelchair user are fully confident.

I have purchased 2 hoists from this company and would go back a 3rd time if ever the need arises. The second time they were especially helpful and fitted my wheelchair hoist in just a few days because my Dad was in hospital and without the hoist, I couldn’t get there to visit him. This company have given me back my independence and I cannot thank them enough, especially Ryan for being amazing at installation, but Thank You all 😊xx

From first visit for a chat on products to booking to have a hoist fitted all the guys including the ones behind the phone made my purchase a really relaxed time. I was very apprehensive as having to come to terms with the idea of having to have a wheelchair in my life was daunting enough but they reassured me the hoist would not get in the way and they were right fitting took no time at all, clean, tidy, friendly, respectful team and the price was good too. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Only one regret, that I didn’t call them sooner.
