I had a fantastic experience with Mobile Tyre Surgeons. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient and stress-free. I was able to book quickly, and the engineer arrived within the time slot provided.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before carrying out the work. The tyre was fitted promptly and the price was exactly as quoted — no hidden extras.

It was incredibly convenient having the tyre replaced at my location rather than waiting around at a garage. The whole process was smooth and I felt confident I was in good hands.

I would definitely recommend Mobile Tyre Surgeons to anyone needing a fast, reliable mobile tyre fitting service. Will 100% use them again!

Always changing the price, got quoted £70 originally, then they change the price to £150 after sending a deposit of £30. Wanted to charge me £180 all together for one tyre change which is stupid. The company scams people. Don’t trust them. Better off using a legit one like AA

Do not use them, you are so much better off somewhere else. So unprofessional they came smelling like weed. Scratched my diamond cut rims badly. then when i was messaging them to try get a refund back they ignored my messages to this day.

Rip off merchants - I'm sorry to say that this company does exactly what you would hope it wouldn't, and that is use the opportunity of someone in distress to rip them off and charge extortionate prices.

Their website states 'finest tyres at unbeatable prices' and it's a bare faced lie.

I had a puncture that they offered to repair for me for £99 or replace for £399! That exact same tyre, exact, not similar, would cost me £168 inc VAT and fully fitted locally.

Now, don't get me wrong, I expect that they would charge more, it is after all technically an emergency service and they have to charge extra for that service; but £231 more?! It's a total rip off.

So when I confronted them with this they started to haggle and offer lower prices to the point where, after 3 phone calls back, they went from £399 for the tyre to £220. So I booked it at that price because that was reasonable. But why couldn't they have been honest and ethical and just offered that price in the first place??

And this is the stupid thing about all this. Their guy came out to me in 40 minutes, was polite and did a good job and also explained why the tyre I had couldn't be repaired. So I was actually happy with the service and the price I paid.

But why ruin all that good will, and actually a service that works well, by exploiting people's situation and being so greedy as to get a reputation as rip off merchants!

Asked the company 4 times for a receipt following payment to come out to me to assist roadside.

Used service 17th December. Reached out 4 times asking for a receipt. No receipt and no response on 3 occasions.

Referring to financial ombudsman. However the important info here is a service provided to a customer requires certain process and professionalism.

Non response, no receipt, says something about the company ethics so look elsewhere.

Update. Mobile Surgeons have responded. A call to me Saturday that blamed a member of staff who is no longer employed at company and they say they had a systems failure over Christmas hence no responses. I don't believe this as I got a what's app reply at one stage saying yes they would issue receipt.

The situation gets murkier and again points to a dysfunctional if not dishonest company. When they issued me an invoice the invoice amount didn't match what they charged me. Mistake, poor administration or just fraudulent activity. You decide.

Phone call to me Saturday by owner to explain everything that went wrong. Promise of a new invoice. 4 days later no new invoice.

So either they cheated me with amount charged and recorded a different amount for tax reasons or Indeed income reasons. Still no correct invoice and according to the owner. A mistake. Person rushed or didn't take care

Disfunction and I don't trust them. I've messaged today to say refund me and we leave it there.

Used Mobile Tyre Surgeons for two new tyres. Straight after fitting, the steering wheel started vibrating at motorway speeds. This was not an issue before. A follow-up visit to STS Tyre Pros confirmed all four wheels needed balancing due to the tyre swap, costing £38.80. They only refunded £19.40 and repeatedly refused the rest until the issue was escalated via Klarna. Poor communication and far more hassle than necessary. I would be cautious using them.

Dont normally leave reviews but these guys saved my bacon today - my tyre blew out leaing my car undrivable. Excellent cutomer service by whatsapp arranging for the technician to come at a prearranged time. Job done for £179 all in, and very speedy response.

Waited for two Michelin to fix on roadside for £350. Told 2-3 hours but finally came 4+ hours. Only use them if you can wait. Regretted for not checking other reviews beforehand.

Shocking service. I was told 60-90 mins to fix a flat tyre. I said I had a medical condition so couldn’t wait that long so was told 45-60 mins so I agreed and paid the deposit. I had to no updates and they refused to take calls, I did get hold of they and they said they dispatched someone within 5 mins of me paying. When the guy arrived, 95 mins after I first called, he said he wasn’t dispatched until 30 mins after they said, and he was still in bed. Such bad service and communication.

Waited over 3 hours for someone to arrive after being told 1 hour 30 minutes. Poor communication, I had to chase for updates myself. The tyre was fixed quickly once they arrived, but the delay and lack of contact made the experience frustrating.

I had a great service today after realising I had a flat tyre whilst out walking the dogs. I was in a bit of an awkward place as it was about to get dark and I was in a field. The lady who answered the phone originally said it could be up to 90 mins but when I explained the situation of where I was she managed to get someone even sooner. The guy who came kept me updated on route and found me. He was fantastic and had my tyre changed and sorted quickly even in the dark. Thank you!

Avoid this mobile tyre company at all costs, complete amateurs.

They came to repair a puncture on my Porsche 911 GTS and ruined the wheels. Used metal tools on the alloys, scratched and gouged them trying to get the tyre off, then couldn’t even finish the job properly, they actually repaired the tyre with it still on the rim. That’s how unskilled and careless they are.

When I confronted them about the damage, they offered a pathetic token discount that doesn’t even begin to cover the cost of refurbishing the alloys.
Since then, the team has ignored every message, and when they do reply, it’s with AI-generated excuses, literally ChatGPT-written (with "ChatGPT Says:") responses pretending the owner isn’t available.

This is a company that takes zero responsibility for their mistakes, damages customers’ cars, and hides behind generic messages instead of owning up. If you care about your car, do not let these people anywhere near it. They’ll leave you with damage, lies, and silence.

Flat tyre - left on drive to deal with after work. Arranged everything at 9.30am, and they arrived on time when arranged. Nice chap - felt safe with him, and work undertaken was all professionally done. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. They came out withing 45 minutes of the call. I thought I only needed a puncture repair but but the inner tire was badly damaged. They charged £70 for a new tyre which was very reasonable given the circumstances.

Very helpful and friendly technician, would highly recommend!!

My daughter and I were stranded in west London many miles from home with a badly damaged tyre. The office leader Ryan was very helpful and professional in sending out one of his team with a replacement tyre as quickly as he could. Due to heavy rush hour traffic, it took the tyre fitter Catalin some time to reach us. But we were so relived and grateful for his friendly and highly experienced help to get us on our way. He was our saviour and a great credit to this reliable tyre service organisation.

Customer Service at the outset - setting up the appointment etc - was very smooth. Abdul, the fitter, communicated very appropriately, both when he picked up the job and when just a few minutes away and then proceeded to do the job very efficiently. More to the point, he was just "a nice guy".
