Star – Refund Policy Exists Only on Paper
Wondershare’s refund policy looks reasonable until you actually try to use it.
After requesting a refund within the policy period, I was met with repeated delays and scripted responses pushing troubleshooting instead of processing the refund. Customer support continued to insist on remote access and further steps, even after I clearly declined and asked for a straightforward refund.
The experience felt bureaucratic and intentionally prolonged. Rather than respecting a clear customer request, the process seems designed to discourage refunds through persistence and pressure.
A company of this size should be capable of handling refunds transparently and efficiently. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. What should have taken a simple confirmation turned into unnecessary back-and-forth and wasted time.
Prospective buyers should be aware that requesting a refund may not be as simple as advertised.
