Had a new upgrade that I didn't need and decided I'd rather have the cash instead, so looked around and saw that these guys were offering the best price by quite a bit.

I decided to ship the device myself and used royal mail special delivery, as it was an expensive item. I got into the post office about 2 minutes before they closed on Monday and I have just had the money go in to my account.

The whole process was dead easy and really quick. Cannot fault them. If I have anymore unwanted items in the future, I will definitely be using again.

I thought I would give this company a try as they pay slightly more for items but unfortunately seller pack wasn't received in a timely manner. I appreciate that the website did stipulate 2/3 days to receive the pack (I'd assumed it was due to royal mails unreliable service) I assume I received a message from the boss man this morning explaining as to why this has happened... Understandable. I get the impression that this company has few employees (as the boss sends seller packs out and if he is otherwise engaged then these don't get sent out) I don't want to knock yourselves but I would advise if you want a quick turn around selling a product then I would go for a bigger more established company (yes you will lose a few £'s) but it saves any wasted time on my end as I now have to place another order with another company to sell my product now which is going to waste a working week of mine
