First time using a internet company as I usually sell my unwanted upgrades to someone who comes pick them up , was a bit worried at first as most people are , a little hiccup on my behalf was quickly sorted by Mark who helped me every little way till sorted and money was in my bank within 10 mins , will be using them again in a few days when my own mobile is up for an upgrade 110% in my own eyes brilliant company and personnel

Great service to sell previous phone to having just brought a new one from same company. Had a call to go through step by step what needed to be done to sell the phone and send. This was backed up with various useful emails. Would definitely recommend using it you are looking to sell your phone.

Can’t fault the company, sold them a new phone as of today, and everything went smoothly.

I posted it around 5:30pm yesterday with Royal Mail, and it’s just been paid out to me, so all in all just under 24hrs.

The whole experience is very smooth from the delivery of the packaging, communication and payout. I would say they offer the best price and once they have the relevant documents and a signature the payment is sent straight to your bank. I would definitely recommend.

Wow what can I say? 5 stars is not enough. Will be totally honest here. I was a bit sceptical about selling my phone.
