It is impossible to reach support, after multiple email and chat attempts over the last 2 months I have yet to receive a single response.

So quick to find an available doctor and it works for most contries I travel to in EU.

The doctors are very helpful and the process is straightforward. The prescriptions are legit. If you are in Germany make sure to have them sent to your pharmacy by the platform as they will not accept it if you bring a physical copy yourself.

I had a mild Urinary Tract Infection. One fully not cleared before I arrived in Spain. It was easy to complete the questionnaire and receive a prescription for a standard antibiotic. When I arrived at the Pharmacy, the Pharmacist said that Spain does not accept prescriptions from outside their healthcare system. I asked for help from Mobidoctor but they never replied… a day later I asked for a refund but they never replied after three attempts, I assume I was scammed. If it matters, I went to the Urgent Care hospital in Granada and they couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I don’t speak Spanish, but Google Translate helped a lot. I had to show them a picture of my passport, they gave me a cup for a sample. 10 minutes later a Dr saw me and gave me the prescription. Cost was 51 euros for the Dr visit and the test. 1.85 euros for the antibiotics.

I had an excellent experience. A doctor in Spanish hospital said im healthy as a bull even though I told her all my symptoms. With mobidoctor, I had a quick 30 minute consultation, and got my metformin prescription, which lowered my homa ir from 3 to 1.5, and I feel much better, too.
