I am a travel advisor and partnered with Mobee for my client's 40th anniversary trip to London, Paris, and Rome. It was the couple's first time in Europe and they did not even think the trip would be possible due to the wife being in a wheelchair with very limited mobility. With the trip delicacies, I knew I would need support managing the logistics for the trip. Caroline with Mobee was absolutely integral in making this trip happen. She was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, Caroline designed a wonderful itinerary that fit all the trip desires within the modest budget. She set up all private transfers, ensured smooth delivery of motorized scooters at each of the 3 hotels, and managed all the delicate details to ensure the couple was comfortable with all of their accommodations as well as providing easy logistics and touchpoints throughout the trip. Caroline's attention to the small details was so much appreciated. She also went above and beyond during the trip to ensure the couple was well taken care of. This was my first time working with Mobee, and I could not be more pleased. If you are travelling to Europe and need some extra support for mobility concerns, I HIGHLY recommend Caroline and her team for her empathetic understanding of wheelchair needs, strong relationships with hotels and travel partners, her absolute kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience!

スイスを６日間で旅しました。希望を伝え効率と体力を考慮して計画してもらえて大変良かったです。スイスには別の国から入国する予定でしたので、チケット等の発行や最終旅程の各ノンがもう少し早いと良かったかな。旅の途中でフライトの欠航や変更があって、移動の計画を途中で変更してもらうというハプニングがありましたが、迅速な対応をしていただき大変助かりました。最初の予定では泊まれなかったチューリッヒにも泊まれて大満足です。

スイスを8日で巡りました。余裕を持ったプランの提案と複雑な交通手段を事前に予約してくれた事により円滑な移動が実現しました。
ホテルも希望通りでくつろぐことができました。
チケット類の発行がギリギリとなった事が少し残念でした。
