Amazing quality product and excellent communication with the team. All questions and queries were answered and I would highly recommend MMS Clothing.

I have worked with MMS clothing for over 4 years now. I have worked with many of their team members including Rita, Craig and Doris all of which have been brilliant to communicate with.

My product design is unique and I did send them templates and an original for my design. Their final product is professional and is ready for shipping to clients.

I have even made changes to my products in the time I have been with them and this has also run smoothly. I believe it is really important with work with MMS as a team and you must have clear vision and preparation when dealing with manufacturers on an international level.

The time between order and receiving my product is generally 6-12 weeks. Shipping also runs smoothly.

It’s been about 2 Years already since I’ve worked with this company and everything that they have delivered was on point. Sample shipment arrived on time, bulk shipment arrived at time. Quality of garment and clothing is 10/10 rating plus the service is great they will also do their best to recommend better sizing and fabric that’ll best fit your needs for the customers. Will continue to do business with them for as long as the company exist!

For someone who is starting out and has little to no idea on techpack design, bess and her team are fantastic at ensuring your sketch/moodboard come to life all the way through to development. The quality is great and long lasting and Bess is incredible to deal with.

My experience has been wonderful & excellent if things didn’t go right it was because of me not them. They have been very kind & their sales manager Bess has been very helpful throughout it all. Their graphic designers do just as well you also you have to be patient you’re not the only client they have. Be mindful of that & good things take time, hence their work. I have been with them for a year I’ve reached out to multiple manufacturers but their response time was slow “MMS CLOTHING” was the quickest & cheapest
I also reckoned that you look up the holidays for Chengdu, China. That way you know when & when not to contact them. It will save time on your end
I was skeptical at first like you probably are right now, but I don’t regret my decision trust MMS CLOTHING.

The biggest waste of time and money. It’s embarrassing that they call themselves manufacturers. They’re incompetent, don’t understand basic designs, can’t manufacture basic designs or follow clear and basic instructions, most importantly the clothing production skills aren’t there, they don’t exist, designs were cut into the weirdest patterns and not sewn in straight lines it looked like an overworked and underpaid 7 year old child made it. They made the clothes in completely different colours than I had originally picked I.e they chose a pink material when I chose light brown. Their company should be shut down.

Really bad, they took a month to issue a refund after not being able to complete the order I asked for, they didn’t even send the correct amount and when asking them to send the correct amount they said they were busy. And getting a hold of the designers was a pain they were useless. Don’t use these manufacturers, they’re not good

I echo the same experience as those below. I worked with MMS Clothing for a couple months. I was also in contact with Tony Gu from MMS Clothing. At first they were very helpful with all my questions and responded at a timely matter but after the sample was created and shipped they disappeared. DO NOT USE THEM. Find a local manufacturer.

I worked with MMS Clothing for a couple months. I was in contact with Tony Gu from MMS Clothing. At first they were very helpful with all my questions and responded at a timely matter but when it was time to make my sample they were not helpful at all.I sent them my design and the very last minute they told me they could not make the gloves which was very disappointing because it was a huge part of my design. I let them proceed with the making the sample anyways. I constantly had to write them over and over again. I simply asked them to keep me updated with my sample and they did not. Took longer then excepted. I had 3 different samples made with them along with labels and tags. They charged me 60 Dollars just to ship my labels and tags. They're shipping prices are insanely high.They didn't have a lot of fabric choices, when they would show me fabric id ask if they have anything of better quality and they would say this is all we have. Then to top it all off they took over the time they told me to make samples. They would not respond after I received my samples. I emailed the company and finally got a response from the owner he put me in contact with a different employee to help me and when I asked how much it was to make the correct alterations to my samples they said their prices had went up and tried to charge me more then half of the original sample price along with high shipping! it was horrible. I do NOT recommend them.

I edited because I was able to work out and have a better insight of the importance of paying back for the remake of samples. The company loses money on making samples. They don’t make money from samples so with that mutual understanding after having discussions with those In the business already am satisfied with the work and mutual understanding and cooperation of the company.

This company is a clothing manufacturer that says they can't get fabric! after they receive your design sketches. Don't do business with them. Waist of time.

I presented them with two tech-packs, a t-shirt and a hoodie. They said they could realise my designs. After two weeks they said they couldn't make my hoodie because they do not have the machinery for it. I asked for a refund and waited up to a month for their reply and I still haven’t got it after three months
They made my t-shirt but did not do exactly what was in the tech-pack. Although the print was what I wanted the the embroidery was awful. They wanted to ship that very sample to me even though i made it clear that they did not do what i asked for. I had to be very firm to get what I wanted. Even when I was firm they did not do exactly what i wanted. The crazy thing is, they saw all my tech-packs before accepting the jobs.
So now i have the updated t-shirt sample but guess what, the embroidery is damaged because of the quality of the products they used. Looking back at the images they sent me, they knew that the embroidery was damaged and still sent it out to me. I am still trying to contact them about the damaged embroidery on the t-shirt but they are ignoring me. I will never recommend this manufacturing company to anyone.
