Difficulty Renewing/Customer Service Poor
Helpful, but the phone connection to the customer representative who answered the phone was not only very poor and choppy, but she had a heavy accent and soft voice, so I could hardly tell what she was saying. I had to ask her to spell the promo code repeatedly and all she kept saying was “all caps” after repeating the word that I couldn’t hear. After asking what benefit come with the promo code, she said none. (??) I was renewing and feel like this call I made was not helpful. Also, the confirmation link didn’t arrive to my email for at least 10 minutes. I finally closed mail and reopened and it even arrived. Please make this process more user friendly and explain more info on your site. Thank you!

I never received my medical card
I never received my medical card, I get this email asking me to review a product I didn't receive after paying for it, very disappointed. Having used this site in the past I can say that this hasn't happened to me before however the fact that it is happening now makes the site look like a scam.

What was supposed to be quick and easy and now my bank has me filing fraud charges
Ordered at 8:06am, bankcard charged at 8:11am, it's 9:20am - I have received nothing! Including 3 additional emails, chat attempts, and phone calls. There are many service provider to choose from, pick someone else!!
