Useless customer support. No shoes and no refund for months!
In the beginning of April 2024 I contacted customer support, because my new shoes were broken after 6 months. The first contact with customer service was alright, they told me to send the shoes back and promised me a full refund.
Right after they received the shoes, I contacted them and asked about the current refund status. They told me the refund is on its way. It might take 2 - 3 days. Guess what? Nothing happend.
Several months, emails and complaints later they tell me in every single response that they asked the "accounting department" to look into it. This particular response was first used a month ago. They actually try to make me believe that they did not hear from their own accounting department for over a month? Come on!
They have my shoes for 2 months now and I have no idea if I will ever see my money again.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service when ordering from the UK online. I tried to return my parcel but it has been returned to me as UPS are useless, so that in itself admittedly is not Mizuno's fault (but I would err on the side of caution dealing with any company that ships with UPS). I have reached out to Mizuno for help and they've just completely ignored me. All I need is another returns label so I can send the parcel back again, but I've heard nothing back so I'm just stuck with a £150 order I can't return. AVOID.

Good and wide shoes.
But client service is very poor. No mail-address available and you have to wait many days for an answer. And in Belgium the custom service is not available in Dutch (60% of the population).
Non existent customer care !
I ordered a pair of trainers online and received no email and therefore not possible to track delivery. I have emailed 3 times and still no responce and their customer care number advertised seems to be unconnected. Will never buy from them again regardless of whether I ever receive the product which i intend to return !

Avevo avuto un po' di titubanze prima di acquistare vedendo le recensioni, in realtà la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva e credo proprio che farò altri acquisti. Nella confezione ricevuta ho trovato anche l'etichetta già stampata per un eventuale reso come spiegato chiaramente nel sito.

Emailed for weeks and was told dont panic they are on the way. A pair of sun glasses arrived. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to send glasses back. This site is a pure scam!! Keep away 😡😡😡😡

Nothing Delivers Like A Mizuno.....Literally
After a great fitting with my pro. The JPX 923 got ordered.
I waited 3 weeks with no response.
After enquiring I was informed they had been shipped and "any day now"
It took another 3 weeks when they did arrive...minus a five Iron and completely the wrong clubs.
So roll on another 3 weeks and twice I have been promised 2/3 days.
In 1969 men were able to land on the moon. Think it took them approx a week to ten days.
But a company 40 miles away cannot ship a correct set of clubs in a quarter of year ??
I tried to contact Mizuno Europe via Facebook and basically got tossed off.
Just pretending to have stock?
Ordered trainers. Paid. Waited. Just received an email to say my order has been cancelled as they were only pretending to have stock
Free golf bag for hole in one
I played few rounds in Mizuno Pairs Tour UK and I've made a hole in one at Celtic Manor 2010 Ryder Cup course. The organisers, which are a private group associate with Mizuno, gave me nothing, not even a dozen of balls. But insted I was fully amazed when Mizuno sent me for free an awesome golf cart bag as a reward for my hole in one. Thank you Mizuno, awesome company with high quality products!

Non rispondono, non riesci a contattare nessuno, poi scopri che il sito ufficiale di Mizuno è un'altro e allora capisci di essere caduto in trappola come tanti altri prima di te...evitatelo se potete...

Great fitting. Very poor after sales experience
Had a great fitting and received (after a longish wait) a full set JPX923 hot metal irons. After two outings the 9 iron developed a crack. Used less than a handful of times.
Sent back to Mizuno. Result - it’s only a scratch! Tough!
Pro and retailer all agree it was cracked.
Will need to find some way of getting Mizuno’s attention. Maybe a long round!
Mizuno Wave Ultima 12
Salve a tutti, ho comprato le Mizuno Wave Ultima 12 su Amazon e dopo averle usate per camminare un paio di volte la parte imbottita interna a contatto con il tallone si è sfaldata fino alla plastica della scarpa. Ho chiamato Amazon e mi hanno detto che essendo materiale di consumo non hanno garanzia mentre tutto il resto della scarpa è nuovo ma per questo motivo le devo buttare. Poi leggo altre recensioni sullo stesso modello e hanno il medesimo problema. Perchè Mizuno non le ha ritirate essendo un difetto di fabbricazione? E perchè la garanzia non risponde?
Unacceptable long wait for Mizuno custom orders
I’m very disappointed with the Mizuno custom fit service. I was fitted for new irons and before ordering the shop spoke to Mizuno to confirm that all of the heads, shafts and grips were in stock. I was given a lead time of 3-4 weeks. After 3 weeks I got the shop to try and find out when I might get the irons. Mizuno were useless. First they couldn’t find the order, even with the order number, then they claimed the order was placed 10 days after it actually was ( a lie as I’ve seen the confirmation to the shop). I got no information about actual delivery. After five weeks no delivery, no information and I did not get the clubs in time for a long planned golf trip. After 7 weeks and a long telephone conversation I was told the clubs are “in production” and I might get them next week, or maybe the week after that. Annoyingly vague information with no apologies or even excuse. How can it take this long when there no issue with parts or supply chains. I still have no idea when they will actually arrive but I do know that despite the fact that Mizuno make great clubs I will not be buying anything from them again
Terrible turn around
Terrible turn around. I got fitted for the Pro 225 irons and I was told it would be 5 weeks. It is now 6 and now I'm being told that it is 8 weeks. My lie is standard. How long does it take to put shafts on the club head? Not a happy camper. I want to cancel my order.
Appalling Service
How come a set of irons takes 6 weeks to custom make, when all the parts are available at the point of ordering?
You can never get a straight answer to a question from the custom fit team.
Furthermore, trying to speak about the clubs you have ordered and paid £1750 for is impossible, unless you go through your retailer. Even then the retailer doesn't always get through and they have been absolutely brilliant as always!
I have bought 10 full iron sets over the last 30 years and they are in danger of being my last ever Mizuno irons.
In all other orders the clubs have been despatched in under 2 weeks!
Could it be they are more interested in stock takes than serving loyal customers with their new custom made clubs?
Unbelievable, the only surprise was they haven't blamed Covid!
MIZUNO SERVICE THE WORST!!!
I had a 9 iron that had a defect after 10 months. My golf club have been trying to get issue resolved. - for over 3 months! Frankly I'd just settle for having faulty club back, but cannot even achieve that. The lady I phoned at the Mizuno Golf department said she would investigate and get back - but surprise surprise she didn't - and now just seems to cut me off when I call, before putting on her answerphone. The whole saga is a total joke, and all over one defect club! I certainly will NOT be buying Mizuno again, or recommending. Who needs such absurd hassle. Thought I may as well post this to be helpful to other would-be buyers. Only positive is I've learnt how to choke back on my 8 iron a bit, so not all bad news!
Ordered a Judo Gi from them
Ordered a Judo Gi from them. They have 0 form of customer support. Email is a no reply, Contact form bugs with a Captcha internal error and the phone number they provide reachs nothing. I paid an extra 10 euros for shipping (I could have paid nothing for the free 3 days) for 1-2 shipping, 2 days later, the product is still not shipped (needed it for a WE competition). I think I will eventually get it but honnestly, it's really really bad. Their website has bunch of other errors and lots of weird domain names (I thought originally they were just scams, but its not). I'll stick to local shop for their products as they really suck on their online visibility. They should have a stronger team for this, it gives a really bad image for their amazing products. EDIT: Contact form works cause they replied to me. They are really responsive once the ticket is in the queue. Got my product a bit later than expected but overall, I'm happy.
