I have paid $20 extra to receive the…
I have paid $20 extra to receive the package 1-2 days sooner, instead I have received it 5 days later than I've been promised! The UPS mailing cost is that high or extra cost with no efficiency that I may try to find out about other comapanies offers! I hope there is no need to do this, but I was unhappy for this delay and paying double instead!!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry that your order didn’t arrive on the Estimated date.
We can see that we notified you of a revised shipping date, from November 20th to Monday, November 24th, but we were actually able to dispatch your order earlier than the revised date, on Friday, November 21st. Because this shipment went out right before the weekend, this unfortunately reduced the courier’s available delivery window. Your tracking also shows that UPS encountered an additional delay, stating: “We've missed the scheduled transfer time. This may cause a delay."
While we do everything we can to meet our estimated dates, delays with third party couriers are outside of our control, even when an upgraded shipping service is selected. But your order was still shipped on the chosen expedited service.
We truly hope you’re happy with the print quality despite the delay, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

The whole process of uploading my document through to the final approval step was easy to follow and use. Attention to small details was outstanding.
I am just so pleased with the professionalism and finished product. I’m overwhelmed that my memoirs came out looking like a polished product.

Great Quality and Experience
This is my fourth order with Mixam. As always, I am very impressed with the quality of the books - the colors are vivid, the paper is good quality and the books look very professional!
The pricing is very good value, especially considering the quality of the finished project. I would highly recommend Mixam and will continue to use them for any of my book projects.

Over and Above Expectations
I recently ordered a book through Mixam for my mother’s Christmas present, the processing time was quick, and the delivery was prompt the quality of the book FAR exceed my expectations, the quality and attention to detail was phenomenal, especially at such a reasonable price point. Hello Sti, Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry that your order arrived a day later than the Estimated shipping date. While we do our best to meet these estimates, sometimes delays can happen.
That said, it’s important to let us know about your deadline ahead of time, not on the day it’s needed. We can’t predict urgent deadlines if they’re only mentioned when the order expected to arrive. From the chat transcript, we can see our team was professional, polite and apologetic and gathered the details needed to help.
Your order shipped on Friday the 14th with next-day delivery and arrived on Saturday the 15th. Since your estimated delivery date was the day of your conference, it’s worth thinking about how things would’ve gone if it had been delivered later in the day. For future reference, we recommend allowing more time to avoid situations like this and please let us know prior to or on placing the order so that we can check the production schedules for you.
Also, the order this review is linked to actually arrived a day earlier than estimated.
We hope this helps you with future orders, be that with Mixam, or any other print provider that offers Estimated dates.
