I am IMPRESSED! I got the free trial of 2 pebbles and they were so lovely, I got the full set of 4.
It was delivered today and I love ALL of them. The moisturising bar is beautiful, all the "kids play" ones are basically bath b0mbs so I'm going to be getting a bunch more. The regular cleansers I am even using on my face, which isn't drying out and I feel SO CLEAN. Plus they are eco-friendly. LOVE these!
Feedback for Mission Pebble: I would really like the fizzers marketed to adults as well as kids and having different "flavours". Look at the success of Lush. We love a bath b0mb.

I requested the free sample and I loved the smells and how soft my skin stay after using it.

I trialled these again for the 2nd time as I was sent a half price offer by email. I saw they had new scents too so have them a go. Like I said last time, great concept but still gave me very dry skin and 2 bars gave me a rash again. I don’t have particularly sensitive skin so there is something that doesn’t agree with me in these. Not good for me at all

Everything that I picked in my order came and it arrived after a few days. Facebook team answered any questions about my order within an hour or two. The bars smell amazing and work even better! I got a great lather from just a few swipes of the bar and the conditioner bar was amazing too! I normally use Ethique but I am a full convert now! I even brushed through my hair without any knots! I have psoriasis and these bars don’t affect it in any way! The cost is amazing for what they do! Salon quality in my opinion!

I didn’t receive my first trial pack and when I contacted them to enquire, I was met with a bit of a short and unapologetic response, when I didn’t receive the second dispatch within the time frame they had informed me, I called to cancel my subscription and was made to feel undervalued as a customer by a member of their staff. I cannot comment on their product as I didn’t receive it.
Update 26/02/2024 : I have received the soap rack but still no soaps again.

Great product.. Great for sensitive skin and scalp.

Ordered a trial box, but got sent a completely different box to what I selected, including a bath pebble which is useless to me as I don't have a bath.

Not worth the delivery price I paid for only one useful pebble. Had I known, I wouldn't have bothered.

EDIT: In fairness they did correct it after this review. Nice scents and good soap so far.

Got the free trial which was fine...
Fast forward, when I place an actual order its like they've taken the money and ran. Multiple times trying to contact to no avail with no response. Socials haven't been updated in a year so cancel that idea.

All I want is a refund or my product that I paid for.

Shampoo is lovely, hair stays clean longer, really handy when travelling as is also a body wash, one bar will easily last two weeks.

Product was ok in trial box so looked forward to trying it for a bit longer. My second box arrived with a different flavour than I had ordered so I contacted Pebble to find out why. They said they had run out of Rose and Lavender so sent me a similar one, and charged me for it with no notice. The replacement did not smell the same so I asked for my original order which did eventually come about a month later… swiftly followed by my next scheduled box which was also missing the rose and lavender flavour! I cancelled immediately. Substituting products with no notice/apology and charging as if it’s the same thing shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Will not be signing up again,

the soap is lovely but the subscription is NOT! I have been trying to stop this order but have not managed it yet. Will be contacting the bank.

Did not receive and not charged 9 pound for first time free soaps and only delivery charge 4 soap which was meant to be 4.50 and today again charged 9 pound again without delivering. I shouldn't be paying so much for it even though I chose 2 monthly

They were prompt when I sent an email just querying the delivery, and sent another a few days later to make sure I had received the delivery. Good customer service, will use again!

Great product, shame the other scents were not available for the mixed pack

Product looks nice.. x4 pebbles to use.. all the same flavour though.. and a little wooden tray… I like the idea of it.. not sure if I would renew the subscription as the expense is a bit outta our league .. nice little gift though ..

Great product. Lathers really well and smells fantastic.

Signed up for a trial box. Unfortunately had no email communication at all, so had no order confirmation, no idea if/when my parcel would arrive.

When it did arrive everything seemed nice quality, but there was so much packaging for some very tiny soaps. Would be better to remove individual cardboard boxes for each soap, as it feels like they're trying to hide how small they are! Not sure if I'll continue with the subscription as dubious about value for money.

I tried one of my trial pebbles tonight. Really good points are that the fragrance is fantastic, a lovely lather for both hair and body( I was finding there was so much lather from washing my hair I could cover my body with it) and my skin and hair feel good after. However, I have been using shampoo bars and zero waste soap bars for a few years now. My usual shampoo bar costs £4 and lasts up to 8 weeks, and the soap bars I buy are about £1.50 when worked out individually and last about 3 weeks each. So, I need to see if one pebble will last a week or more, as otherwise it works out expensive with the subscription in comparison.
