Each parcel is packaged beautifully with obvious care, and the little extras like stickers or Washi tape are always gorgeous and get used in my journals 🥰 Barbara is lovely to talk to and so friendly, definitely one of my favourite shops!

The website is very clear and helpful. the detail, the graphics and the price is very clear and informative.
The options to pay is very helpful. The process of making an order is easy and clear. The opportunity to track the delivery is very good, as is the opportunity to instruct the delivery driver on safe delivery of the package.
It is an extremely efficient process all round.
