I have never experienced as high a level of customer service and support in my life.i didn’t want my skirt replacing just a button ! Nothing was too much bother. Sophie tried the usual internal places then tried shops buyers etc. she has kept me informed throughout and has eventutracked down a button

It was such a calm, relaxing & fun experience.
There is a more secluded dressing area upstairs with lovely natural light, they even made me a coffee !
I couldn’t recommend this service enough.

Very slow refunds when you return an item. Other brands are much quicker. It would put me off purchasing again. I agree with other reviews that the quality is not of a standard you would expect for the price.

I recently attended your Liverpool store and was greeted by Laura who was attentive and very helpful, she helped me find exactly the right dress. Her customer service was without doubt 11 out of 10. So lovely to have a very pleasant shopping experience

MV Guildford : I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after our experience on Good Friday, I felt this one was well deserved.
The service we received was absolutely first class. The young lady who looked after us was outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. It was only later we found out it was her first week, which made it even more impressive. She had clearly taken the time to really understand the range and gave my wife so many helpful ideas without ever being pushy.
On top of that, the whole team created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere—attentive, approachable, and clearly working well together.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Credit to everyone involved.

I’ve just come across and used, Mint Velvet’s ‘Try Before You Buy’ service - amazing!
Pay nothing and order up to 10 items to try at home.
You have 5 days from receipt of the last item to try them on and start the return process for the pieces you don’t want and you’ll only be charged for what you keep.
Admittedly - I only kept one of the items but I then went on to buy a similar one in a different colour.
Probably wouldn’t have bought either without this service.
This is a game changer for me - I’ll definitely be using it again and hoping other companies will follow suit!

I ordered a jacket which went missing with Royal Mail. The service I received when I reported the issue was excellent from the speed and quality of response, regular updates then resolving the issue when it was clear the jacket was really lost. Big shout out to Sarah for turning what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one.

It’s not Mint Velvet clothes I am not happy with, it’s this new preloved voucher they have introduced. I sent in 8 items and you get a£10 credit for each top. However, you can only use £25 on each order and have to spend over £50. The problem with this is you end up buying more stuff rather than say using all my vouchers worth £80 for one item. Definitely wishing I had sold the items on Vinted and wouldn’t use this service again

Ordered a dress, arrived on time quality was so poor, black velvet dress the quality was awful you could see through it. Sent it back and was charged for the pleasure. Will not be ordering from them again.

Customer service advisers great - products not good.
Ordered four items all in the sale. Barrel jeans ok but not for me. Smart trousers had outer leg seem sewn to inside and when I put them on this pulled the material and caused a snag. Elastic band at back moved when pulling on and was so difficult to get back into shape.
White smart jacket had black smudge on one side and was terrible fit.
White outdoor jacket was so creased no amount of steaming would lessen the wrinkles. This was down from £170 to £59 but still in no way worth keeping.
I’ve been a fan of Mint Velvet for many years having loved the clothing from day one and their customer service is fantastic. However the clothing now has taken a real turn for the worse and the prices are way above and beyond the quality of the items.

Mixed feelings about my recent online shopping experiences.
I have made a number of high value purchases over the last few months ( leather jacket, suede jackets and woven leather bag) and have found patchy quality with some items e.g one leather jacket had a significant stitching flaw. I fed this back and was impressed with the speed of reply and prompt refund process.
My faith has somewhat been dented by the current wait for two returns to be refunded, as they have not been processed with the same speed.
The two returns as follows
17449634 Black leather jacket and also a separate return Brown Leather Woven Bag order ref 17462537
Both items were posted back earlier this week and the return parcel status on Royal mail show as being received a few days ago 24th Feb , I am still waiting for these refunds over £400 across both orders so no.small amount of money.
Having queried with Customer service i had been told to wait until 9th March to be able to query further.
I am unnerved on why there should be any delay as all my previous returns have been processed well within 24hrs of the return parcel being received and we are nearly 3 days on....
The customer service team were given a copy of my proofs of postage and also confirmed the parcels has indeed been received.
A reliable and prompt returns process is a.key part of having confidence to buy online.
Meanwhile I keep.waiting for my two refund confirmations! 😞

Swear to God the support with Mint Velvet if you have a query on an order, a return, is absolutely superb. I am located in Ireland and Beth in particular has been unbelievable, the support is that good you would only want to purchase any clothing, accessories, boots with Mint Velvet. Because of the level of support I received which is more than 5* I haven't stopped talking to my friends etc about this clothing brand.
