Really great customer service. Got a great deal on my laptop on a buy back. I would highly recommend the Manchester Mintro Shop. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Popped into the Bradford store recently to potentially find a new guitar as recently my own broke. Chris was very helpful in showing me round the options the store had in, unfortunately I couldn't find one for me but wanted to highlight Chris' customer service skills and aid in my search for a new instrument.

Got a laptop from there and it was very good value for money, Kyle was very professional and helped me with extensive product knowledge, I would definatley recommend this place!

I bought a playstation 5 last year and as such my PS4 had been sitting stored away in a box since. I had wanted to free up some cash so I went into cash convertors next door to your shop and asked them for their price. They tried to low ball me by saying the console wasnt original as it was the blue limited edition Days of Play PS4 console and had a blue case and gold playstation badges/ patterns on the top and a blue controller with the same patterns/detailing. The general experience felt awkward and forced. I left and popped into your shop and spoke to Kyle at the desk who not only offered me a fair price but didn't insult my inteligence by trying to tell me it was worth less than a standard ps4. He is a credit to you guys and made me feel at ease after such a contrasting experince with your neighbours. I decided I wanted to keep it after all so instead of selling it he explained that I could put it in the shop for a cash loan and getbit back out at a later date, so I went ahead and signed the paperwork and walked away with the bit of cash I needed, without actually parting with my old console forever. Belting stuff.

I also noticed that the shop has recently been upgraded too as well which is really nice because it looks more professional and its only right that it matches the service provided. If I need to do the same thing in future when I upgrade I know where I will be going straight to next time. Just want to thank Kyle again for the customer service and for treating me like a human, nice one mate

The staff at Mintro Huddersfield were exceptionally helpful they gave me such a helping hand in choosing what I wanted they made me feel very comfortable in asking all the questions I had.A big shout out to Sammantha and Ricardo who assisted me through the whole process of choosing my product with a big smile and cracking jokes making the atmosphere warm and welcoming!

Blackpool branch have been a brilliant help to me loaning on items for short times ,great customer service ,freindly staff and they have been very acomadating in extending my items and sending reminders when items are due for renewel.top shop top staff.
