Absolutely disgraceful customer service ! Sold Audi a6 to me, with good faith, and inclusive of package warranty, which included service pack. When I went back to agent called Neil Anan, he was sooo disrespectful and rude saying it’s my fault, I should have read this and that but when an email from his side confirmed all the product included in the warranty package, he called it an “error” I spent £18k on a car! Don’t buy from them. I will be taking this further. Neil Anan lacks manners on speaking to customers!

I would like to thank Minster Motor Group for such a pleasant experience while navigating the purchase of a my first EV a Tesla Model Y. I would like to thank Cole Stride in particular for his help, support, professionalism and patience through this process.

I had plenty of questions, requests and demands which were answered pretty swiftly with no delay. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation with Cole, discussing back and forth without feeling a hard push for a sale/deal just to get me in and out of the door.

I was after a part exchange deal which Minster were very competitive, beating the offers i had received elsewhere. I would highly recommend speaking with Cole and the team at Minster Motor Group, for straightforward, honest and genuine car buying experience.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle over a weekend, and we agreed on a deal that included additional services like a warranty and ceramic coating. However, the dealership retracted the agreement the following day, citing a technical issue involving the removal of wheels from another vehicle in stock. This explanation was later proven false after I confirmed with two main dealers that no such issue existed.

Had the owner been honest about the real reason behind the deal's cancellation, this review likely wouldn't have been necessary. The entire experience felt odd and unnecessarily frustrating, raising serious concerns about the company’s integrity. If this is the level of service before even taking delivery of a vehicle, I would advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
