Cheapest storage in the Twin cities. Great customer service, very professional staff

I felt like my stuff was very safe, and it was decently affordable. The customer service was less than awesome- I requested to have my unit available 24hours for the first week, and ended up having to leave a bunch of my stuff in my car over night and having to wait another day to finish moving out, because they messed up and took my unit off of the 24hour access list early. They are very lucky I hadn't rented/borrowed a truck or needed to be completely out by that day- I would have been much more angry than I was. I left a voicemail that night, no response until I called back. No apology, no offer to reduce my rate, nothing. It was a simple mistake, but it was pretty dumb to not even acknowledge that they messed up. I also was irritated to notice a $20 "new account fee" that had not been discussed was on my bill. Not that expensive, but when you're paying $80 a month its a pretty big percentage of the bill. It was also interesting to see staff leaving and locking up 10-25 minutes earlier than the sign said they would be open until...
In short, a good place if you don't need to access your stuff frequently or don't foresee needing to contact staff, but maybe think about going somewhere else if you are on a time crunch or need to get at your stuff at weird hours.

MSC was clean. Our stored items were in perfect condition after 4 months. Staff was friendly and efficient. We loved the drive in loading area as it was raining on move-in day at the college.

Great place to store your stuff. I only wish they had better access hours. You can't access your stuff past 6pm on the weekdays or 3pm on the weekends.

The site is super clean and well lit and I have always felt safe coming by myself or even with my little kids. The guys running this place are awesome and very helpful. I wish I knew about them sooner, so I could have started storing some of the stuff that had been sitting in my house unused sooner!

Store you things here. Staff is courteous and efficient. They stock boxes and packing supplies on site.

Everyone I dealt with was helpful, and even went above and beyond to help with my items being delivered for storage.

I stopped in to get a unit to store some motorcycles. The clerk was VERY nice and helped me to get the right sized unit along with what I considered to be a very fair deal. I would recommend them to anyone with extra storage needs!!!

Brian helped us out in a busy Saturday and hustled his but off for me and the other customers waiting. He did a very good job of providing conscientious and respectful service.

The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Storage area was even bigger than I had thought it would be.

The New Hope location was a real solution to a problem of where my mother's household would go when we moved her to MN. Our house was already full! Chris was super helpful & extremely pleasant which was very needed on a couple really stressful days for me. The facility is spotless, well lit, secure, and could not be more convenient.

I am somewhat disappointed in my decision to rent from the New Hope storage facility. I moved in on Friday, September 13th, around 5:00 p.m.

I was pleased with the staff, the price, the indiividually alarmed doors, the unloading inside the building.

I was VERY unhappy with the temperature, very very hot inside. It was cooler outside, not my idea of climate controlled.

There were only three carts available and two were being used, that left one small cart to unload a 26' truck.

The smell of fresh cigarette smoke, someone smoking in the building, and now the worry of my belongings smelling of cigarettes.

I chose this facility because of the amenities it provided. I felt my belongings would be safe. I now fear damage from high humidity and cigarette smoke.

Please reassure me that this will not be the case. I really do NOT want to move again.

I really like this storage system overall. The only concern is the unavailability of a rolling cart at times as they were being used by someone else and I needed to get a move on

This is a very nice storage location. It's in a nice residential neighborhood, it has easy access, the storage areas are clean and temperature controlled.
My only concern is that it seems to be priced high.

Clean, well organized, and a friendly staff make this a great storage facility.

Mgmt is friendly and helpful.All your storage supplies tape boxes etc in one location.

The New Hope Self-Storage we found to be the best in our area. We
had been looking for a storage place and finally went on line and we
went to see the storage in New hope and this is where we wanted to
store our stuff.
