Left no voicemail to tell me that my…
Left no voicemail to tell me that my taxi (return journey - both not honoured) had been cancelled. When I phoned to complain they seemed to think it was my fault that I’d not answered the phone. When I asked why no voicemail was left they had no response apart from’errrr’.
Absolutely useless. Wouldn’t use them were they the last taxi firm on the planet.

Always Reliable & Reasonable Prices
Reliable service using smart vehicles and helpful drivers. We live in an awkward-to-find place but this has now been resolved with the addition of using WhatsApp to contact the client. I'm hard of hearing so it's quite difficult to hear or speak to a driver - even Bluetooth hearing aids - especially in noisy situations like an airport. This feature has been a real boon. We recommend Minicabs whenever we can.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Taxi driver 25 minutes late and went to the wrong address. I was told to pay by cash when I got in the car and wasn’t sent a payment link. Absolutely rubbish service I would definitely not recommend!

I booked the light removal service…
I booked the light removal service which worked out really well. We had everything prepared on the ground floor so that loading was quick but still I did not feel rushed by the driver. Would do again :)

Driver was late picking up
Driver was late picking up. Following which driver drove very rashly, not something you needed when you land back from holiday in the middle of the night. Not sure I will be using them again.
