I have been using the muscle balm for over a year and I can truly say it has been a game changer for me. I have MS and experience various symptoms, Spasms, Nerve Pain etc this Balm has been a life saver for me.

Highest quality lions mane around and the packaging is gorgeous. It sits on my desk next to my laptop so I always remember to take it and have already noticed improvements in focus and concentration.

I've been using the muscle balm for a while now and find it pretty effective for my bad back. The smell is lovely too.

I recently tried the CBD oil which I was hoping would help with my anxiety and insomnia. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped me, and doesn't feel worth the significant cost in my case.

Well this may be an unusual review from a biased point of view but never the less I find myself writing it. First off, I have to tell you Donal Bourke the founder of Mindful Extracts is my son. My second confession is that Donal gave me the Muscle Balm I am using for Christmas (my request). Now to the reason I use the Balm, I unfortunately broke my left knee training about 10 weeks after Donal was born in 1984. Several operations later, I broke the Patella Tendon again and it remains broken and very painful. Then in November of 2019 I managed to take a fall in a carpark and landed on my right Knee and ruptured the Patella Tendon. So now I have been walking (just) since the second knee injury with a lot of pain, stairs are almost impossible, even getting in and out of my car is awkward and painful. I've been using Donal's Balm from its inception, in fact I'm pretty sure I was one of the Guinea Pigs that the product was tested on. This Balm is good and for my type of pain its magic, I don't like the conventional pain killers given to me by my GP nor do I like the list of side effects that come along with using them. So, if you can overlook the relationship I have with Donal and focus on the Balm, please give it a go it may well get to your pain also. All the best John Bourke.

My review is neutral because the vast majority of people are using it for stress, anxiety and sleep.
I am trying it for chronic migraines and am unsure whether it will have any effect or not. Migraines are a complicated neurological issue that the doctors do not fully understand.
If it has a positive effect, then I will update this review in 4 weeks. If it has no effect then I will leave the review as is. This is no reflection on the product because none of the medications have worked either.

Unfortunately the CBD oil did not work for my migraines but I did feel relaxed whilst using it. I recently received a message from Mindful Extracts suggesting an alternative and they also provided links to some research. They also offered an excellent discount on the product which I have purchased.
The review has been updated to 5 stars as I've never come across a company who are so customer focused.

Mindful Extracts CBD oil helps to reduce the symptoms of my wife's Essential Tremor condition. So have been happy to recommend it to family with the same condition.

Brilliant company. I’ve just ordered more of the 10% cbd drops. First class customer service and delivery. Online live chat with Donal was very helpful. The actual product has helped with sleep problems and anxiety. I did try a cheaper cbd oil as it’s quite expensive but wasn’t a patch on Mindful Extracts.

I purchased the reishi mushroom extract to bolster my immune system due to lots of unexplained allergies and skin rashes. Its too early to tell as it will probably need to build up in my system, but I can say that my skin feels good and that these capsules don't upset my acid reflux as some coatings do (even natural ones). So far so good!

I’ve been a user of oils for a couple of years now & can not recommend Mindful Extracts enough. You can taste the purity without the bitterness often associated with ‘drops’.
The muscle balm is also fabulous compared with the conventional creams.
Whether you’re new to CBD or an experienced user you can’t go wrong!
