I had a very disappointing experience with Milton’s customer support. The service was extremely poor and unresponsive. Despite raising my issue properly, I did not receive a satisfactory solution or timely help.
It honestly felt like customers are not being taken seriously after purchase. This kind of support creates a negative impression and breaks trust with the brand.
I expected much better service from a well-known company like Milton, but unfortunately my experience suggests otherwise. I hope the team improves their customer support system and starts valuing customer concerns properly. ❌📞😞
