I feel like a goddess...
I LOVE THESE BRACELETS. I got three of them and I am so happy with them. They feel great on my arm and the color tone looks fantastic whether I am tan (really nice!) or slightly lighter toned in the winter.. The subtle jingle has become a staple of my presence, people have complimented the sound of them as well as the look. I also really do like that if I want to avoid the jingling I can push them up my arm and they stay put easily. This helps when I need to respect quiet environments. They are apart of me now, I never take them off and I feel like a goddess in them..

I also just really love this brand, I have ordered more jewelry since and will continue to collect more pieces.

Never received order 58337 same story as other customers. Was never processed. Ordered sept 8 and now is sept 27 with no word from the company. Not ok.

I absolutely love this rope chain, it almost looks vintage… it’s the perfect length and I’ve had lots of compliments.

I ordered (order #58272 for the person that checks this review page) a pair of earrings and they never arrived, they still have my money, responded to my emails with 'we sent it', refused to help and I still have not got my money back or my earrings. They take frustratingly long to reply to emails too, so save yourself the trouble and never buy anything from here.

I bought a pair of earrings and they were never delivered. The shipping information said and still says ‘ready to ship’ but it’s been over a month and I haven’t received anything. I emailed the company and haven’t heard back, messaged on the app shop and never got a reply. They took my money and haven’t delivered anything. This website is a drop shipping scam do not buy from it. I am reporting to ACCC (I am in Australia) and will hopefully get some legal action against the company because I am not the first person this has happened to, clearly.

Having received a first order from them quickly, I ordered more items in their sale. Imagine my surprise when Evri marked the parcel as delivered despite the fact it hadn't been? The photo of "proof" of delivery shows the courier holding the parcel in their van, and it's clear from the view out the windscreen that they've driven past my address.

I'm in contact with Evri to find out what happened, but Milouco have been unhelpful. The only replies they've sent me have been to ask whether the parcel has arrived yet (clearly, it hasn't) and whether I'm in touch with Evri. I have twice asked to receive replacement items and explained that it's their duty as the retailer to ensure the goods reach me (under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), it's not up to Evri.

I've had no satisfactory response as of yet and am starting to wonder if I'll ever see my jewellery, or my money. It's put me off ever ordering again, tbh, which is a shame as the jewellery is beautiful.

STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and acted like I was so rude to ask for an exchange when I was unhappy with order. There are a ton of other websites on instagram that sell the same stuff and will take care of their customers. I think this site might be a fraud and will probably not be around long. They are associated with midas co of the UK and will not honor their exchange policy. They are horrible and I am upset I ever ordered from here!
