Unfortunately my experience has been extremely poor on this occasion. I have ordered numerous times previously with no issue. 2 items ordered both pink both newborn arrived with diff names. Told it is my mistake and basically nothing they can do. Wont ever be ordering again first time I’ve had an issue and no attempt to resolve. Apparently they are a small business!! Again not in my experience when you see the amount of orders and reviews. Disappointed beware folks

I bought a personalised cardigan for my great nephew on the recommendation of a friend who had previously bought from them. I'm glad my friend recommended them as the product was absolutely beautiful & well made. The only little gripe I had was it took a while to come but after an email & the explanation that they were super busy I understood
