I ordered two sweaters based on the product descriptions and (likely fake) reviews on their website. I received the sweaters in a reasonable timeframe.

The sweaters were poorly made, buttons were on the wrong side for a man and made from inferior quality materials. I had ordered them to be used for "going out" sweaters but will just use them for around the house, painting, cleaning etc. Likely will donate them at the end of the winter.

I contacted MC to return them but I was told I would have to pay for shipping back to China. They offered to give me a 20% refund and keep the sweaters as an option which I elected to do.

I wish I had researched the company better before purchasing as I am sure would have come across these reviews and saved some money. Lesson learned.

This is a scamming company; you wait and wait for the product to arrived; bogus excuses. The MO the same as another company advertise on Facebook. The make you wait and wait. If you give up ou forget about it they keep the money. If you make a claim to your credit card or Paypal, then there is a Flury of emails telling you to wait, and the package is ultimately delivered in a package coming supposedly from China with no chines characters on it ? Make a claim

Two items of clothing- send to China $110.00. What a joke. Did not return. Took the loss
+ve for millers- it is all stated in their return policy

Found out the hard way. This is not a Canadian company, total rip off, very bad quality that takes forever to arrive.No returns.

why is it called Millers CANADA when it is a company out of china? I purchased an article from them o Dec.16 and was told it would arrive Dec.28 it's now Jan 8 and still no sign of my purchase. When I tried tracking the order there is no delivery date attached. WHAT A SCAM

Wish there was a 'minus 5' review score. Totally ripped off. 3 extremely cheap products. Definitely not a Canadian company - totally a scam. Strongly recommend that you do not purchase from this site. Will definitely use Trustpilot in the future for reviews.

Disappointing Experience - Extremely Poor Quality and Misleading Product Description
If I could rate my experience with Millers Canada and the product I received, I would give it a rating far below zero. I ordered two Comfortcush Ultimate Sitting Comfort Cushions, advertised as ergonomic cushions designed to provide back support—specifically purchased as Christmas gifts. However, when the package arrived today, I was horrified to find two blue and green cushions that were not only poorly constructed but also child-sized and flimsy.
The quality of the cushions is shockingly bad, far from the sturdy, ergonomic product I expected. The regular price for each cushion was listed at $140.00, but they were on sale for $69.95 CAD. Frankly, it’s difficult to believe this product was ever meant to be sold at the full price of $140. The workmanship is subpar, the sizing is completely misleading, and the product looks nothing like what was advertised.
To be charged $69.95 for such poor quality, misleading sizing, and false advertising feels absolutely criminal. I am deeply disappointed with both Millers Canada and the Comfortcush product, and I would advise anyone considering this purchase to think twice before buying.

Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered an item, never received it. Contacted the company several times only to be told "to be patient" - they will not issue a refund. Stay far away !!!

Ordered the hoodie wad the worst fabric I have ever seen almost see through and the pattern was printed on the fluff couldn’t stand touching it .

They will offer a fraction of the price to keep the stuff you're unhappy with which you are out of pocket for most of the order and shipping back would cost minimum $50.

This is NOT a Canadian company, they are located in China!

The coat that I received was nothing like the photo that they have on their website. It arrived all crumpled up in a plastic bag, is poor quality and is not even worth half of what I paid for it.

When I tried to return it they told me that I would have to ship it back to China which would cost me more than what the coat is worth! They did however provide me with a 20% discount, which is the only reason why I'm not giving them one star.

Wish I had read Trust Pilot first!

Nothing Canadian about this company! Just recieved a men's jacket from this company. Sizing is very small quality is very poor. Would steer away from this for any future purchases. Lesson learned!!

Bought a sweater for about $60.00 and got a t-shirt worth $15.00

I ordered a comfort/ergonomic cushion pillow from this company at a cost of $74.00 It was a Christmas gift from my husband. It arrived on Dec 21/24. To say I was disappointed with it would be a gross understatement. When I opened it on Christmas Day, I got a tiny, child sized cushion type thing, very lumpy and totally unusable. Very poor quality and not at all as advertised.
I am currently in contact with Millers about this and so far, "Vivian" has offered me a 20% discount to "make it right". Not by a long shot does that make it right and I'm sure as heck not paying return post to China, and am asking for more if not a full refund.
So far the issue is not being "resolved to my satisfaction" as they claim to offer.
I hear they're going out of business - GOOD!

Product did eventually arrive but not in time for Christmas. I wouldn't have minded if it was a good product but extremely cheap made. Online says it's a family run business going out of business but completely cheap made from China. Would NOT recommend.

This is a scam. The company is not canadian and everything comes from china. I am still waiting for my order 15 days after they said it was "shipped". They publish bogus tracking information and seem to have a bot that replies to your complaints and sounds realistic, but its a scam

This company sells cheap, overpriced clothing shipped directly from China. The ads are misleading and the clothing is poorly made from cheap materials and defective with things like elbow patches sewn onto the sides of the sleeves. The sale prices are even way too much, if you saw this junk in a store you would shop somewhere else. Their refund policy is brutal and the customer is expected to pay shipping for returns. Very shady company, DON’T BUY, you will be disappointed

Ordered sweater for Christmas present. Came with stains and a hole. Buttons were loose and material thin. Poor quality. Represents as Canadian, ships from local warehouse, but you must pay to ship back to China. After shipping cost refund is negligible.
