Terrible company. The customer service is atrocious as they ignore your emails and when they do eventually reply they haven’t answered any of your questions so you are still none the wiser. Asking them to call you falls on deaf ears too, they don’t call you. They don’t chase tenants rent so you the landlord are left short and when they do, it’s the end of the month before they’ve even made an effort to get your money. They don’t seem to register that mortgages need paying at the start of the month. Then they accept rent from tenants via cheque! You would expect a legitimate letting agency to set up direct debits or standing orders as standard practice, but no you’re left waiting for bloody cheques to clear. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a cheque to clear from my tenant, and no matter how many times I email, I am ignored! Would not recommend this company to manage your property. Go elsewhere or look after it yourself!

I have been using the services of Miller Metcalfe for several years. I have used their services to rent the property and also most recently to sell the house. There are professional and I had never had issues dealing with them. The key was communication and they always came back within 24-48hrs.

I have to mention 2 individuals who made the difference. Danielle Hughes and Chris McGowan. Chris did a really good job in making sure the property is rented and all issues on the property are resolved amicably.

Danielle help in negotiating with clients to sell the property was first class. She was patient, persistent and always positive. Her advice and suggestions during the selling process were very valuable.

Just bought a house with Miller Metcalfe, I had the most fantastic service from Jade who initially recommended the property to me after months of searching, it was completely from what I had looked at but she saw the potential and similarities to what we required and our new house is perfect and I fell in love straight away, she made the negotiations process seamless and stress free, if I had any questions or issues throughout the whole process she was straight onto it. She's an absolute star!

We have recently Sold our property and bought our new one with Miller Metcalfe we found there service very good our property details were done very quickly and we sold our property within 4 weeks!!! the pictures taken were much better than we had seen from other estate agents, also throughout the buying and selling process they were on hand to assist with any issue raised and made sure our move went through as smoothly as possible. We initially chose Miller Metcalfe because we know somebdy who works there, however we soon found out that the whole team were friendly and competent. We dealt with Ashley on a daily basis and to be honest I cant praise her highly enough, she was excellent! We sold our house within weeks of it going on the market and this was 2 weeks before Christmas, we hadnt even started looking for a new house at this point. If your looking to sell your home you should look no further than Miller Metcalfe they were absolutely fantastic and really helped us through what was a very stressful time. We lost a loved member of the family and had to sort everything out very quickly, as we live abroad and were only in England for a short time. We invited 3 estate agents to value the house and chose Miller Metcalfe due to price (obviously), value given for the house but also on how we felt about the company based on the confidence we had in the person who came to see us. It was a great choice! We contacted lots of staff members during the process but all were up to speed and everyone returned calls if we needed a particular individual. They were efficient, helpful, cheerful and professional. Our only (slight) reservation was that the house did not appear on their website for a few weeks but it was sold very shortly afterwards, and we were kept advised of progress, despite a prolonged probate period. We were impressed with all our dealings with Miller Metcalfe and would definitely recommend them.
