First order was flawless tried to reorder and was asked for ID verification submitted ID (state issued DL) and was told ID couldn't be verified very aggravating. 1 star is too high would have given 0 if it was offered. What slander is there? My experience on your site was my experience and it rated a 0 the second time around. Invest in a more user friendly verification tool and it's to not too🙃

We are sorry you had a bad experience. We switched processors and our new processor requires ID especially on age restricted products. This process includes a ID picture and facial picture. I just took a look at your ID verification and the reason it was denied is because you uploaded your ID twice instead of uploading your headshot so the system had nothing to compare it too. Instead of reaching out to us, you decided to slander us with a false review.
Worst service
System duplicated an item and deleted another when entering a code.

You admitted yourself that it was your own fault in the email you wrote. Then you called the store and proceeded to cuss out one of my employees instead of emailing me back for a solution. Ps your username says it all.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I reached out a week after my delivery was supposed to arrive and still havent gotten any response despite having shipping protection. Bad company dont care about their customers.

overall everything was great. only thing that stopped me from going 5 stars was the fact i paid for a specific shipping time and the date it arrived ended up being later and what would have been the free shipping options. So yeah could have saved myself 15 bucks

I ordered what I wanted and it was delivered on schedule with no problems. However there were no manual or instructions. But it was just a pipe/lighter built into one. So not too hard to figure out.

The Chinese items have production dates not expiration dates. In terms of the quarts, they are in no way advertised as a 5 pack.

Everything was pretty solid
Everything was pretty solid. The only thing that I feel was off was the price of the milked ceramic grinder. 40 is a bit steep and I feel like it's average quality. But things are more expensive near the east coast so I'm not incredibly worried about it.

Reading this review as a small family business owner truly hurts. You had ordered the kit which comes with the included coils. Since this was our last unit, we decided to throw in all the spare replacement coils we had left free of charge. To leave a review like this after you were sent more than you ordered is truly low.
