I wanted an ammunition can to store my batteries in and army surplus stores are getting fewer on the high street so i went online at Military Mart. Great choice of kit including a brand new ammo cans at reduced prices. It was refreshing to find that the delivery charges were nothing like what i had thought for what is quite a heavy item. Ordered straight away and it arrived 2 days later courtesy of parcel force. Exceeded all my expectations .

All good chopped 4inchs of leg re stich all done .material a bit heavier than needed but ok.

I can highly recommend MilitaryMart as this is my third or fourth purchase from them and on every occasion they have excelled. Top quality merchandise and customer service, what more can you ask for?

We don't use or supply any aluminium kit for food preparation, because aluminium cookware is believed to be linked to long term metal poisoning and particularly to early onset alzheimers.
The fact that it takes years for the ill effects of aluminium toxicity to become apparent leads many people to take it's potentiality for harm too lightly.
I ordered what Military Mart listed as a 'Genuine issue Dutch army Steel mess-tins set'. This was a test order.
We tested their "Genuine Steel" Mess-tins with a magnet and found no Steel, just cheap aluminium.
They had charged a HIKED UP PREMIUM PRICE for STEEL, when supplying us with this aluminium trash.
Despite emails reiterating they'd lose business if they continued to ignore the issue, this owner "Dave" behind this 10th rate business couldn't be bothered to respond. We decided not to do any further business with Military Mart as they do not seem to be interested in meeting the most basic standards of fair trade, such as communicating with customers, arranging returns, and according to numerous testimonies on Trust Pilot, actually refunding after receiving returned stock.
Yes, they do post out items to customers whom often seem to receive the items, hence some multi star reviews.
BUT they do not stand by the assurances given in their listings.
They maintain a solid and blatantly unfair policy, that the customer must pay return postage, even if the return is needed explicitly because of Military Mart's mistake.
And the moment that a customer has a legitimate problem, they ignore the customer's emails and legitimate needs.
This is a repeating complaint against Military Mart here on Trust Pilot.
In my opinion they're far too trashy to deserve the one star I had to give in order to leave this review.
They are so disorganized and amateurish, that they request customers give reviews via a website link which most browsers refuse to open, showing the error explanation: "This site cannot provide a secure connection".
I note the owner's weak responses to negative reviews, but it seems to me that If 'Dave' was genuinely sorry that they "feel that way" he'd stop making a third of his Trust Pilot reviewing customers from feeling ripped off, and start making an actual effort to provide them with genuine customer support.
Which judging from the approximately 30% negative reviews on Trust Pilot, he avoids doing.
So it seems that in reality he genuinely doesn't care at all.
Finally, in response to the owner's BS response statement below, spouting nonsense about "crystalline structure". QUOTE:

So, presumably 'Dave', if "Genuine Dutch army steel mess tins will attract a magnet." and the ones you sent out DO NOT attract a magnet, then the ones you sent out are NOT "Genuine Dutch Army Steel Mess-Tins" which you listed and sold them as!

And in response to your statement that I could have communicated with you before leaving this review, I DID, you have had FOUR EMAILS FROM ME, and simply chose to ignore each of them, ascommonly reported by nearly one third of your Trust Pilot reviewers!
Funny how that complaint keeps repeating if it isn't true, isn't it.
I suggest you grow up and start behaving responsibly toward your customers instead of endlessly making pathetic excuses and blaming the customers for your own incompetence and inadequacies.

Great service as always, easy to order and fast delivery. The trousers are vwry comfortable and fit well, if a little warm for the british summer, they will be superb in the cold wet months.

Everything is well described and presented! The items (90 Patt. stuff sack and cold weather sleeping bag) were in great condition (considering I have used and abused the one I was issued in the Navy and know what they go through). The only thing missing was a zip pull but, no biggy, I can make one myself!!

The Trangia Ranger Stove is superb.
Not dissimilar to my civvy 27 cookset, it is light & compact, with a frying pan & 2 saucepans. I fitted a new easily available 'O' ring to the burner cap. The best bit, is that the burner holds far more fuel (200ml) than the civvy one & runs for a good hour between re-fills. This alone makes it a much more flexible cooker, it goes way beyond re-heating food & boiling water.I just wish it had a dedicated kettle & I wish I had bought it before I got the civvy one. For £25 it is an absolute bargain !

I am a scout leader and have ordered a few times from these guys, they have been helpful when needed and the items are always as described and dispatched in good time. A far better experience than their competitors at preppers shop. I've learned my lesson the hard way!

I ordered a cadet rucksack and webbing set and they arrived quickly and are perfect. I tutor a friends son who wants to go into the army when he leaves school. I suggested that he joins the cadets but money is tight for them so I helped out. Ordering was easy website was easy to navigate. Wonderful shopping experience.

Good stuff as always, only hiccough was a stock issue, that was resolved very quickly with a friendly phone call. Always pleased with the quality and condition of stuff I buy from Military Mart.

After some delivery issues, not MM's fault, my goods finally arrived. Brought 4 wool blankets, clean and good value compared to buying new, plus it's better to recycle used items that have plenty of life left in them. Good communication in sorting the delivery problems, so overall, would definitely use MM again!
