Grant was fantastic to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to lean on his expertise through many months of house hunting and eventually buying our first home. Grant was flexible to deal with, arranging meeting times in the evening in order for us to work around our childcare requirements. He was always to quick to respond and communicated clearly, even providing us some advice and assistance when he was away on holiday at one point! His advice was always sound and he took the time to explain things to us, several times if necessary to ensure we understood everything clearly. Grants recommendations were thorough, well explained and timely. Additionally he made some great recommendations of other services we were in need of such as lawyers, insurance brokers and building inspectors etc… As first home buyers Grants expertise with all of these details was invaluable.
