I’m so delighted to have found this amazing cleaning company. My home was deep cleaned by two polite, respectful & friendly girls who worked constantly over 5 hours! At the end of this time my home was gleaming like never before.
My vacuum cleaner wasn’t working & Dave very quickly appeared with a replacement to allow the clean to be done properly. What a service! As a result my home will continue to be cleaned by this reliable & efficient company.

We recently had a deep clean carried out by Miint, which has been carried out to the highest standard throughout the house. Miint make it very easy to specify what needs done in each room, with care and attention taken to our needs which resulted in a great all round cleaning experience!

We had an excellent experience with this cleaning company. Elizabeth and her colleague came to do a deep clean of an elderly relative home and went above and beyond. Place looks amazing. Good communication from the team as well. Highly recommend

Entire flat needed a good clean after workmen. I made a call to Miint cleaning on Wednesday afternoon. A lovely chap called Dave came out the next morning, and cleaning was arranged for next day. Excellent job done - cooker looks like new and it's 8 years old !! - I'm delighted with the high standard given. Top notch will defo recommend.

I had a great experience with Miint. Dave came by on very short notice to assess my flat, ask for any concerns, and provide a quote. He scheduled a cleaning for the next day with Vincent, who did an excellent job. Vincent arrived right on time and was highly efficient. I highly recommend their services!

Great service. We experienced three different cleaning and housekeeping staffs. They all had high standard. Carried out all we asked for. Dave was also very accommodating in arranging a couple of last minute cleaning appointments during busy times of year.

We booked a deep cleaning service for prior to Xmas. The service was excellent, easy to book and Dave came to assess the house and establish what I was looking to have done.
Dave was good with communication all the way through.
On the day I had booked for the deep clean Vincent turned up prompty, I gave him a quick walkthrough of the house and he went about his job per the pre-agreed cleaning schedule. Vincent did a great job, house was immaculate and he asked me to check over and ensured I was happy with everything at the end of the day. Once Vincent had finished and left, Dave contacted me and asked if I was satisfied with everything to which I was.
I was then invoiced within 3 days for payment to be made.
Miint cleaning provides a great service and did not disappoint.

We had Vincent in from Miint cleaning for a deep clean and I it took around 9hours. He was very professional and polite to my wife.
The job he did was brilliant, we are regularly using David and his team now every 2 weeks for a 3/4hours.

We booked deep cleaning service for moving homes. The service was excellent! Easy to book and David came to assess the house. David was responsive to all questions and good communication all the way through.
On the day we booked for cleaning it was snowed heavily. We thought that there was no way the cleaner could have made it but Vincent turned up on time at the door! We were so grateful. Vincent did a great job, house was sparkled and he even asked me to check if there’s anything we want him re-do the cleaning. A few days after David contacted me and ask if I was satisfied with everything .

I had an initial deep clean (including oven clean) which was amazing, and have had regular cleans thereafter. It's my favourite day of the week, when I come home from work and Elizabeth or Bernard have been in! They have done such a great job every time they have been in my house. I feel like it's given me so much of my free time back and taken away that dread of factoring in housework over a weekend! Plus they do such a thorough job every week! My house is now like a new pin going in to the weekend. Best decision I've made, and I would highly recommend!

First booked a deep clean and can honestly say I felt the cleanliness the second I stepped foot in my house ! Found myself constantly impressed whilst walking through the house to see the attention to detail and hard work done ! Vincent took his time and didn’t rush through anything and was thorough !
Customer service alone is of top standard and the high standard of the cleaning is the icing on the cake !

With the end of my Maternity leave on the horizon, I wanted to make sure the house was completely re-set before returning to work. Miint cleaning walked me through my house listing everything they could offer for a deep clean which was extremely thorough and professional. Chinenye who cleaned my entire house - behind and above every piece of furniture - did an exceptional job. The kitchen was truly gleaming and even my children couldn’t help but smile in delight at how fresh and spotless their rooms were. I’m definitely going to get miint cleaning booked in for a regular clean now that my deep clean has been worth every penny. Thank you, and special thanks to Chinenye for a fantastic job.

When I initially booked cleaning, Dave recommended a deep clean initially of approx 10 hours (charged at a higher hourly rate) before regular cleans. The deep clean itself took about 16 hours in total and we were left with it incomplete. I was told this was due to new staff who were slow, and that it would be rectified. Cleaners were sent back a further 2 times to try to finish this initial clean, each time still leaving thick dust, not having moved furniture etc.

Staff also talked on the phone on speakerphone the entire time. Again, I personally wouldn't really care about this if the cleaning was done properly, but it might bother some people.

Still, I paid in full (over £300) and scheduled regular cleans. I had about 4 cleans in total. As different cleaners come each time, Dave asked me to fill out a sheet detailing what had to be done, and also tell him when I met him. Despite this, every time the cleaners asked me to walk them through the house and tell them every thing that was to be done. I did this each time. Every time, several things were missed (that I had put on the sheet, told the cleaners, and reminded Dave about). These included shower drains, changing bed sheets, bins left full etc. Every time I sent Dave a polite message saying please remind the cleaners these things have to be done, and he said he would. I also noticed thick dust under the beds despite weekly cleans, and again asked Dave to remind them to hoover under the beds. The cleaners are all nice, but the standard was never very good.

Finally, I had yet another clean where bins were left full and bedding not changed. I called Dave (no answer) and so messaged to say thanks but the service wasn't working for us. He asked to send people back to fix this, which I reluctantly agreed to. He booked a 30 min slot on a Saturday, so we waited in with our young child. Nobody had shown up by the end of the 30 minute slot, so we went out and I messaged Dave to say I didn't want the service any more. He said someone had been on their way, but were late due to a delay on the bus. The cleaners were actually late every week, but it didn't particularly bother me. this time however, we were waiting in on a weekend, for them to remedy a mistake, and the slot booked was only 30 minutes long.

Without further communication, I was sent a bill for £55. Every clean I have paid immediately, in full, despite the issues above and despite items being broken (which I understand can happen and didn't make a fuss about, but the point is I was certainly not looking for an excuse not to pay). This time however I said I was not paying the bill.

I still would not have posted a negative review as this is very unlike me, however Dave's response was very aggressive and he said we were lying about the bad standard. He acknowledged the fact I had messaged after every clean noting all the things that had been missed, but hadn't formally complained. That is because it would not be in my nature to complain, and I was trying to give the individual cleaners the benefit of the doubt.

Calling a client a liar when you have all the messages / emails in front of you seems crazy and very unprofessional. I had a new cleaning company start today and the difference in standard is unbelievable!

We booked Miint cleaning on the back of a consultation with Dave. Everything he said that his team would do was carried out to an exceptional standard. Nishadi went over and above and the house was left in showhome condition which was exactly what we asked for.

Have had both deep cleans and regular cleans with this company and have been impressed at the excellent standard of each clean. I am continuing to use them moving forward as, compared to other cleaners I’ve used in the past, I find them reliable and efficient with great attention to detail.

Had our first deep clean with Miint cleaning yesterday and I have to say, they were great. Both cleaners turned up on time and got stuck in straight away. My flat is spotless and they were done by half 1. Going ahead with regular weekly cleans and look forward to seeing the results.

Excellent service and communication, nothing was an issue for the team. We are moving house and needed a deep clean after taking all our furniture out and were really impressed with the level of detail. Will definitely look into booking in more regularly when I am in my new house. Thanks again!
