DO NOT TRUST. HORRIBLE FOR ALL RENTERS!!!
This may be one of the worst middle man real-estate companies out there. Let me first give you an overview. Since this company lacks creativity, and benefits from the cost of living crisis, their service is essentially being a middle man between the renter and the property owner; all they do is 'refurbish' the property and then take a cut of the rent money—hence making this more expensive.
I have gathered the collective experience of over 9 different renters—who rented from this company—and all of them agreed this was a fair review.
First, the prices are outrageous. Is it acceptable to lock a tenant into a one year contract where they must pay ~830+ euros/month for ~10 square meters? Short answer: no.
Next, if you need assistance with anything, for example repairs, GET LOST. The inexperienced and potentially unethical staff don't answer your calls or texts. That means the leaky sink, the broken shower head, the outlet that provides no power won't be repaired: all while you pay 830+ euros.
Lastly, have you ever heard of a down-payment or 'kaution' yeah... You won't be getting that back (for a long time). One of the 9 tenants did not get his 'kaution' paid back for over 7 months. These people actively avoid talking about it and answering your calls, honestly im not sure why.
Conclusion: This company offers very little value, they seek to exploit—especially students—people in Munich in order to make every last penny. The staff is unreliable and unpleasant and thus I can recommend working with this company to no-body.
