Tried to claim under warranty and was completely ignored. When I attempted to make contact elsewhere I was blocked. When I left a review, that is when I finally heard back. Not about my warranty issue, but threats to sue for defamation as well as threats to leak my personal information. I have all the proof I need. I wonder what will happen next when I past on these emails onto The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner who deal with the privacy law act.

Worst company to deal with. They do not care for their customers at all. E-mail them with an issue and expect to be ignored. Give them an honest review and expect to be sent a message with threats to be sued for defamation.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Had issues with a purchase and they responded straight away, sent out a replacement quickly and it now works perfectly. Would highly recommend them.

These are great. Highly recommend buying. The price is really good and also got free postage. There’s thousands of games to play. I’ve only played a handful.

Can't take Customer Feedback and has to block people rather than attempt to resolve, do not recommend!

Attempted 4 times to have my email removed from this business and I still receive daily emails. Well, enjoy my spam box I guess.
