For the mere fact I have been searching for what I want for ages and found it here and for a reasonable price🥰haven't felt so happy in placing an order.

Placing an order was very easy and the sneakers were delivered within two weeks. This was before the estimated delivery time

The delivery was very fast,received mu sneakers within 3 days.Good quality sneakers

You guys gave me the wrong colour again cause I ordered the red one but still you gave me orange one and also I requested size 5 but you gave me size 5.5 ..I’m so disappointed cz the product is still big

I was given the wrong size consultant was not showing sense of urgency, refund is still not paid. Why does it take a whole 15 days.

I ordered & paid for a pair of New Balance 327 trainers, off white & burgundy size 6 on 10/6.
On 20/6 I sent a email to ask about the delivery date and they responded "waiting on their supplier". I emailed back saying I was going away for 5 weeks and would like the trainers before then.
On 10/7 I sent an email to cancel the order due to no communication and no delivery.
On my return 2/8, found the order had been delivered 15/7 but the incorrect color & incorrect size. I sent comms and they advised that "the exchange period for this order had already expired".
Since 6/8 to 27/8 I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages with no response except once saying "refer to the exchange period"
Today 10/9, I sent a follow up email and seems they have blocked my address.
I do not want these trainers as I cancelled the order and then they still sent the incorrect colour & size.

Not great. A few improvements could make this much better

Prices are cheap

I bought a Sneaker on the 8th of April Order #28879 since I was waiting for a delivery for my I term it never came
MG CLOTHING Created a Shipment with the Courier Guy
Shipment 9NJJQQ: Created
I called the courier to tract my order only to find out the Parcel was never dropped at the their deport
Called MG CLOTHING they said there is a problem with the courier.
Cancelled the Order on the 17th of April without receiving the Item.
They wanted my Account details for refund within the 14th day period.
I sent the banking confirmation latter and they confirmed that its Valid
No funds reflected to my account today the 10th of May I sent an email saying 14days passed no funds reflected on my account
They are not responding to my emails
All I want is my money back MG CLOTHING.

4. The accounts department received your query and initiated the refunds process on April 22, 2024

5. Day 1 of 14 working days resumes on April 23, 2024

Your version of events needs to be amended so that it can be in line with our procedure.

14 Days ended yesterday according to your chronological order. But still no funds reflected on my account today 14th May 2024.
Today is the 15th of May MG CLOTHING is not answering my emails any more, how do we support local business if they behave like this. This people are scammers. I opened a complain on NCC on this case. I wont stop until I get my money back. I wont let any one to violate my consumer writes. I'll keep communicating with them even if they no longer answer back may emails.

Fast delivery

I ordered a pair of Air Force 1 for my daughter as it's her birthday month and her birthday attire or theme. The delivery was quick but I was very disappointed by the quality of the shoes, one could say that I was sold fake sneakers. I wanted to return them for a full refund but my daughter is going on holiday in the North West. I wanted to buy a pair of Diesel sneakers for my self but I doubt I will be purchasing anything from them again.
