Nitish was great. He surveyed my mother’s bedroom and the team produced accurate drawings of what we wanted. On the day, the installation team were respectful and polite and worked all day until the wardrobes were fitted. They look beautiful and mum is over the moon with it all. Magda was also brilliant at keeping us informed and I personally loved the instant responses she provided to my queries. Thank you Nitesh & the Metro Wardrobes team!

Metro Wardrobes did a fantastic job of designing and installing the fitted wardrobes in our new build property. From start to finish the service was top class, from Ranto's clever design to the precision fitting expertly coordinated by Magda. Everything was done on time and at a very reasonable price. I had a customised 3 panel shaker door installed in cashmere. The results are absolutely gorgeous, excellent quality doors and frames and the ambient lighting just elevates the whole look. It took 3 weeks from first visit to install which was unbeaten by any other company. And there was so much choice too, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend metro.

We initially wanted to go with Wren but discovered they only offered two height options for their 'custom' wardrobes. Metro was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn’t have been happier. From the very beginning, they were accommodating and easy to work with. I called to ask if I could visit their office to view colour options, and they invited me in within the hour. Rento came over the next day to measure the rooms and offered valuable advice. Magda and the design team were incredibly patient with us as we kept changing the design, colours, and ideas. The fitters were very tidy and worked diligently throughout the day. The wardrobes are truly bespoke, high-quality, and beautiful – and more affordable than the big brands. I can’t recommend Metro and the team enough.

Excellent installation of two wardrobes at reasonable cost. Completed work on time as agreed making me very happy indeed. Due to the good work with the wardrobe installation I also asked them to install my dressing table with wall size mirrors - they did this beautifully giving my master bedroom the luxury feel it deserves. I recommend this company to everyone that want a good installation at a reasonable cost.

Project in my studio was planned quickly without any delay by Rando, confirmed and put to production immediately by Magda. Paying with card was not a problem, and in a week time I had my project done . I would highly recommend Metro Furnishings, Wembley.

It's been over a 1 years and yet my wardrobes are still incomplete. For over four months they were in and out of my house they use to come when they feel like and still left my wardrobe unfinished they left some of my drawers, my mirrors and nobs. Most of the pieces they delivered were damaged and when they screwed the pieces they cracked the wood. If only i could show the picture.
metro put me through hell as they had my money I was stuck the manager is the most arrogant man ever he literally used to shout swear at me made me cry front of his employees and I was meant to be his customers.

I had 2 wardrobes installed last year. One of the wardrobes was bespoke to fit a loft and unfortunately Metro completely ignored my pleas to ensure the wardrobe gets me as much space as possible. Instead the wardrobe space is filled with a lot of 'fillers' and the space recovered is minimal. Not to mention the execution of the wardrobe installation; countless holes, then covered by stickers, and that includes a wrongly installed drawer that was also patched up so that I don't notice immediately upon completion. After a year I am still battling the glue marks that were supposed to come off 'easy'. No, they don't.
If you are getting any wardrobe from these people make sure to check EVERYTHING really thoroughly, otherwise you will discover some hidden 'surprises' days or months later.
I'd say avoid altogether.

Excellent service from design consultation through to completion. Great value with superb quality fitted wardrobes. The designer - Nitesh - helped us maximise the available storage space without busting our budget. The crew led by Sandeep was very professional, meticulous in the build and left the house spotless. We selected the super matt finish which is a little bit more expensive but looks fantastic. Our bedroom is transformed in the best possible way.

Excellent from start to finish!! James visited on Saturday to quote and design. On Monday I called to book and today (Wed) 3 people of his team completed my fitted wardrobe. Team was very clean and mindful when moving things around and did an amazing job. Expectations met and exceeded at a very good price. Definitely recommend for high standards.

We recently worked with Metro Wardrobes to design and supply custom storage solutions for our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased! They helped us with three beautiful wardrobes for our bedrooms, a clever closet under the stairs, and practical storage for the utility room.

We hired Metro Wardrobes to build a home office in our house. Happy with the process and outcome. I had very bespoke requirements for built-in cabinets, desk with overhead lights and also a piano station. I was impressed with attention to every detail and multiple iterations of 3D design that resulted in a quality home office I was exactly looking for. Very professional communication with the front office (Magda), we also received helpful design visits to ensure all requirements are met and finally the team has delivered on it. Any snagging items have been addressed. I highly recommend Metro Wardrobes for any bespoke office or other furniture solution.

I found Metro Kitchens & Bedrooms online, who responded really quickly to arrange a home measure for my query on fitted wardrobes and after several quotes from other businesses, I proceeded with Metro due to being most competitive price and yet shortest lead time! Installation day went super smoothly, great efficient service from all team members involved including payment with office over the phone and overall extremely happy with the quality and design of my bed bedroom wardrobes 😍 thank you again, Claire

Fitters arrived on time - worked continuously throughout the day and finished after their allotted time thereby not having to come a second day, which was originally planned.
Excellent work - very satisfied with the design and finish of the wardrobes etc.

Really lovely wardrobe at a very reasonable price. Only reason for deduction of a star was that the follow up appointment to fix two minor issues was rearranged a couple of times and happened later than I was advised which led to some wasted time on my part. But when they did arrive they fixed the issues quickly and to my satisfaction, and everyone I dealt with at Metro was lovely.

They aren't Sharps but in some ways better with the fitting in difficult rooms and quality materials used. If you want 100% from beginning to end, you can't beat Neatsmith in terms of quality, fitting, finish, comms and attention to detail, but if you want that, expect to pay double, but Metro is up there with the best and what we got was a superb deal as we went all in with lights, compact designs, vanity units mirrors, a lot of drawers and space-saving features. The choices were good the color schemes plentiful and their patience in accommodating no-fuss changes before sign-off was commendable.

The journey was anything but easy or straightforward, as the complex nature of the rooms with curved ceilings, pipes, and difficult corners threw up problems that would have challenged even the seasoned professional. Why it ended up becoming a gung-ho circus event is beyond me, but highlighting the obvious asymmetric mistakes, which the fitters assumed I would simply accept was perplexing and was not acknowledged by the office who didn't seem interested in the issue while protesting this on chat and email. I didn't know there was such a thing as a fitting manager, but burying heads was all I got.

A big shout out to Ranto who presented us with some very detailed and impressive designs, Nik who created the drawers so well it was a joy to watch and Kinjal who came after the original team did not return and fussed about everything just to make the job proper. They make up a dream team only if they could be part of the same team, of which there are many. Lastly, big thanks to the office girls for their flexibility and Palak for being incredibly competitive to win my business and her ability to be as accommodating as possible, even when I had signed off on the job spec's without checking them properly. They were so good I hadn't bothered to check the sizes correctly.

Overall the job, the price, and the finish met my expectations and would I recommend or use them again? Yes, the savings are good, if not the timelines or some aspects of the installation, especially when trying to get the correct screw caps as fitters peppered the difficult room with way too many holes and wrong screw caps, and the cupboards looked like they had the measles. Once the correct screw caps were provided, I was really pleased as they looked like cupboards.
