DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! I am a current customer. I have called 3 times and send 3 emails for them to call me back and they have not bothered. You cannot even call them to speak to someone as you need to speak to a broker “who will call you back within 24hours to 48hours”. I have been waiting for over a week. If you get a loan with them and want to pay it early you will still have to pay all the interest which are extremely high. WORST LOAN EVER. I have now threatened them with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority if they do not call me back.

Be warned, this company is very untrustworthy. I have been dealing with Michael, in the customer relations department, as they have been overcharging my interest on a loan and theyre documents do not mention the actual interest rate charged, just other rates that do not actually apply to the loan. This company is not registered with AFCA and their attitude and approach is so far beyond legal, its tragic. We are now dealing with ASIC to resolve our dispute but I would avoid at all costs.

Incredibly poor communication regarding their current IT issue. It's frustrating and completely poor form not to inform their customers, 'only the people who have called up regarding their account'. Although in a recent article in the Advisor 20th February they have said that they have spoken with brokers and investors. Once my business concludes with Metro and their associates I will be sending my business elsewhere. This issue I have been having has been ongoing for 3 months now.

Requested statements 4 times over the space of a few weeks and they have never been sent.

They continually lie and it is obviously a third party call centre taking their calls that can not actually answer any questions.

Told that they lost their servers and no longer have information and are having to hand write all statements. Obviously not true, seems like this company is in trouble.

Sent a bill of $550 for a deed of variation due to car write off. No agreed rates in the contract, just states reasonable which clause is not legal. When questioned got told its a standard price for them and they can charge what they believe is reasonable anyway. Has nothing to do with what actually is.
