I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed, I wish I would have read the reviews. It took for ever for the items to come so I had to place other orders elsewhere. The sizing runs small. The return process is a hassle and customer service slow to respond. When I got to the UPS store I was told it would cost $53 to ship back. That was the cost of one of the items. I kept the dresses. hopefully,I can sell them. I will say the customer service replies were kind and nice, but it took several exchanges to get the address to ship. It didn't matter in the end because I didn't ship them

I ordered one dress. I used the size guide to choose a size; it came and sort of fits but was huge and boxy at the bosom, unlike the image. Company says I must pay to return because there is no "quality issue." Many other reviewers say they returned their items only to be told the company never received their package and they were not rewarded a refund. I guess I'm going to eat the $70 I paid for this clown costume because I don't want to pay another $30 to return it and never receive a refund.

terrible service

The return process is a absolute nightmare. My dress came damaged and they are not paying the full shipping costs to send it back. Metisu has beautiful dresses but it is not worth the risk that it doesn’t work right and then you have to pay to ship it back to China. I posted a review on the dress I ordered but it never showed up, all the reviews are 4-5 stars so I guess they block negative reviews which is dishonest and a huge red flag for a company. I would not recommend anyone spend money here.

A legit fashion retailer

I was always cautious about buying clothing online esp. from sites which extensively advertises itself. Plus, the price on the site is quite high for my budget, so I did online research before decided to buy. I'm glad I made the order and very happy with my purchase! I purchased the Green V Neckline Hollow Out Lace Dress. The color is the same as the photos, the lace is beautiful and looks expensive, and it fits nicely. I read some review about the size and it helped me decided which size fits me. I usually wear a size 14 (US) and I ordered this dress in size 2XL. Love it! One complain was the delivery, it took a long time for about a month or 5 weeks.

Worst online shopping experience ever, and customer support not helpful at all and quite rude

I only ordered from Metisu once, but had the worst experience. After they messed up my first order, they informed me last minute that the fabric needed for the dress is unavailable (this only after I had emailed them to enquiry, because after 4 days the order was still processing. They apologised and advised for me to find another dress, so I settled for another one. I had mentioned that I will need it in 7 days time, but this was now outside UK. They said it is not a problem and I provided them with the new delivery address. I asked them to check the shipping duration before sending it to Romania. Next day I received a text from DHL, saying that the dress will be deliveres that day in the UK. That was the exact opposite of what we talked about.
But what annoyed me the most was that they said I didn't provide them the new address and that's why they sent it in a rush. And advised to ask somebody to ship it for me. And I was like: "Why should I pay extra £100 for your incompetence?", because at this point it had gotten extremely frustrating. I had payed extra for Express Shipping and my dress got deliveresd to the wrong address 4 days before the wedding. Then they offered me a 15% voucher, which I found offensive after the money that I spend to get the dress in time in the end and also all the stress. Will never order again!!!

I rate this 5 star because they provide…excellent customer service

I rate this 5 star because they provide excellent customer service for me. I ordered 4 dresses and although it doesn't fit me well, the fabric is really nice and look exactly like in the picture. When I wanna return, the associate was really helpful to point out the steps and walk me throughoutly. My only regret is that I should have had ordered different size so I didn't have to ship it back and forth from the us to china

Dress shrunk

I bought a dress - Yellow Hollow Out Flounce Hem Lace Dress which I loved. However, after a handwash it shrunk by 2 inches length and width and it no longer fits. I am so disappointed. Fabrics should be pre-washed before cut to size.

Almost impossible to make a return

Items were larger than their advertised size, and it took 3 consecutive emails to persuade staff member to issue me a returns form which I took as an attempt to put me off pursuing a return (the first 2 were met with requests for more information, the second offered me 10% off my next order or a £3 refund if I decided not to return). Am now having to pay a fortune to send a package to China and have been told I will be responsible for any associated taxes. Will never buy from them again

I ordered two dresses from Metisu

I ordered two dresses from Metisu, and I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews. The quality was really nice. They even came in nice little baggies. The material felt strong and durable. Appropriate material for the look. The hems were well done, even, no fraying. They looked like the picture. The color might not have been as bright but close enough. The fit was pretty spot on, except the length. They were supposed to sit just above the knees, but they went just below (for perspective, I'm tall).
It took a super long time from order to deliver (3-4 weeks).

The Worst Company EVER!! Do not buy anything from them!!!

I ordered 2 dresses. One arrived exactly TWO months after I order them. The other one was going to be ready in another 60 days. When I ordered them they were Both in Stock! I said forget it, by the time it'll arrive Summer will be over. I don't want it. They REFUSE to give me a full refund for the dress they didn't ship, they then added a shipping cost for the other dress (which had to be returned, by the way), claiming that I needed to spend a minimum amount to get free shipping. I did! They were supposed to mail both at the SAME time! It was their fault that they didn't mail out together!!!
To make matters worst, the other dress looked Nothing like the picture. When I asked to return it they gave me a BS address in CHINA which would cost me over $30 to ship back and obviously not worth the trouble. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The money you save on a dress is not worthy. you are better off buying the sales here at home.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! These clothes are not as advertised. I purchased a dress using their sizing chart and still ordered a size up. The sizing is completely off. I emailed to request a refund and noted that the sizing is completely inaccurate. The person responding tells me I’m wrong and their sizing is correct. I had to request a refund multiple times. They finally send me some bogus address in China and tell me not to use a service where the item can be tracked like DHL. I paid USPS $24 to ship this awful dress back on May 30th. After contacting Metisu support multiple times, I finally received a refund $10 less than what I paid. In total I spent $34 and I have nothing to show for it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a SCAM!

ABSOLUTE HORROR

ABSOLUTE HORROR. I THOUGHT THE OTHER REVIEW WAS A LIE BUT TRULY A SCAM.

1) order arrived 3 weeks late.
2) email response rate is bad.
3) I requested a refund a week and a half before the item was shipped because the item was for an event ( which the item didnt arrive for) and they purposefully shipped it out didn't respond to my request. Only responded once it was shipped.
4) you need to fill out a form and PAY for the return. when I had requested to not have the item shipped but canceled since it wasn't even shipped.

Insisted too much I keep the item when all I needed was to return. ( it was a headache )

I recently ordered 3 dresses from Metisu. All three arrived, fit perfectly (I ordered my size according to their sizing chart), look exactly like the pictures, and the sewing quality is good. I am very satisfied with all three dresses I purchased. I did contact customer service for a question, and they very quickly replied and answered my inquiry. This was my first time purchasing from Metisu, and I have nothing bad to say. I am a very happy customer!

Frustrated and disappointed

April 30th: I order a dress.
May 24th: I reach out via Facebook Messenger to ask if my dress had shipped. They said it would be ready to ship in 5-7 business days, and I confirmed that it would ship by June 4th.
June 5th: I heard nothing, so I contacted them again and asked what was going on. They said they "do not want to compromise on quality and style," and the dress should ship by June 15th.
June 17th: I contact them again to ask about my dress. They say it is packed and ready to ship out within 72 hours.
June 23rd: I check AGAIN and say if the dress hasn't shipped I want a refund. They say it's in quality control, can I give them a few more days, and say they'll upgrade me to Express Shipping for free. I say that is unacceptable, I just want a refund.
June 25th: They say they will give me a refund in 3-7 business days.
June 29th: I receive a full refund.

Tl;dr: Metisu is either a poorly run scam or a poorly company. In nearly 2 months, my dress (which was not listed as out of stock) never shipped and the only updates I got were after I reached out to them. On the bright side, they did issue me a timely full refund after I asked for it.

Never purchase anything from METISU

Never purchase anything from METISU, when you want to return or exchange clothing, they never reply or message you back. Terrible service. The clothes on website may look beautiful, but in reality, the clothing is so ugly and has very bad quality.

I would not shop anything from Metisu.

I am so disappointed the processing time. If you let me know the processing time before, I would have never ordered from Metisu. I ordered before June 9. My order was confirmed by June 9. Silence for 10 days. I got an email from customer service on June 19.

On June 20, they emailed to me with a tracking number. I have kept checking USPS EMS tracking and it still says my package is still preparing the shipping. I ordered on June 9. Today is June 25. The tracking says my package is still in the processing. How could it take so long? How dare!

Metisu website says shipping takes 10 -15 days but 15 days already passed only for preshipping processing. I am so disappointed.

Based on this experience, I will not purchase anything from Metisu. This is worst experience I have ever had. I would like to cancle every my order, including pre-order item. This is not because of my fault, but because of their processing time.

If there is anyone who consider to do online shopping, I will tell them straight, "No!!!"

We are afraid there may be some misunderstanding here. The Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Generally speaking, the Processing Time is 1-5 working days and the Shipping Time of standard shipping you choose is 10-15 working days. Please kindly understand that "working days" is different from "days". Besides, sometimes it takes time for the shipping company to update the information on their website. We will rush the shipping company so that you can receive your package as soon as possible.
