1) The phone support redirect you in all 3 options when you call the support phone number.
2) I have had an experience with dual account abuse by some of the Top 1 alliance players.
The only thing they did was a warning.
3) Also a fleet crash from this duo account to boost other people are against the rules. Again 1 warning only.
4) They are not friendly as Apple, Google or bigger tech companies..
Due to the result from the Ogame support i wanted to withdraw/cancel my recently bought Dark Matter.
Compared to EU law I dont have a right to that because it is a digital product.
Other bigger companies to maintain happy customers.
5) Long respond time from Ogame support in general.
They dont do anything except you pay ton's of money.
I played once with 1 guy who... payed a lot money. On a new started server he did what he wanted each day. 1 day instant 1 million points in the early stage of a game.
He get excelent fast support??
